I was with Allstate for over 15 years and never filed a single claim. Despite that, I was treated poorly by agent Michael Garcia — unprofessional, unhelpful, and completely lacking in customer service. After years of loyalty, I left because I couldn’t trust him to handle my insurance needs. I strongly suggest avoiding him and his office.

Near impossible to get ahold of this guy. You may as well not have insurance at all since you won't be able to use it when he ignores your call. My life would actually improve if Michael Garcia went out of business.

Horrible customer service, no matter when you call you always go straight to their "Voicemail" and then you never get a call back. I would give them negative stars if it was possible.

Poor agent, no customer service! Screwed me, had to pay DMV fee for no insurance on 2 vehicles because he did not start insurance when he said he would and had 8 day insurance lapse. If you want Allstate insurance DO NOT use Garcia!!!!! Allstate would not make it right so went to another insurance company.

Was customer since 1987. Had a little problem, tried to get insurance reinstated but Allstate couldn’t do it fast enough. Called State Farm. Got insurance on about two hours for 5 vehicle, save over $2,000 per year. Bye- Bye Allstate after 35 years

Absolutely terrible, 4 monthsI still have no insurance on my home he claims he will fix it. does not answer his phone does not respond to messages or emails. DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THIS GUY. Does not care about his customers anymore.

“ I have had a great relationship with Allstate for many years. I have multiple policies for my home, truck and snowmobile. When my truck was up for renewal this year, I thought and have been thinking the rates were a little high. I went to see Christine Civitelli-Geno in the Rome office to see if there was anything we could do about the rates. I had a quote from State Farm that was HALF of what I was quoted to renew with Allstate. At the time, Christine told me that there was nothing she could do to lower the rate. So I had no choice but to switch to State Farm. About a week later I got a call from Christine and she said she redid my quote after updating my current credit score which had not been done in a couple of years. My credit score has improved over the years and she was able to quote me a price so that I could stay with Allstate. She even took care of cancelling the policy that I purchased from State Farm. BOTTOM LINE: Christine went out of her way to retain a longstanding customer and she should be commended/rewarded for her efforts. Give that girl a raise!! Thank you. John Rehbein ”
