“Everybody in central NY knows or has heard of GreensScapes. It really is the time of year to be thinking about putting in the "annuals" or maybe even a perennial, or two. Time to make the short trek over to GreensScapes and make my selections.As expected on a warm, sunny weekend day in mid-May, they were busy. My wife and I began browsing the seemingly endless variety of plants, having an idea of what we wanted but no clue where to find it. Within 2 or 3 minutes a Greenscapes employee cheerfully greeted us and offered to help. We had a ton of questions and this female employee clearly knew her stuff! She answered all our questions and gave us the guidance we needed to make the best selections for our property.Cheerful and helpful employees are an asset and create return customers. We made our selections and another employee quickly offered to cart and load our purchase for us.We are well into our spring plantings with help from GreensScapes and will certainly be shopping their diverse, quality inventory again.”
