9841 River Road Suite 1, UticaI am so pleased with Karen's Groom room. This was my 1st time bringing my Ollie to Karen's. I was talking him to one of the pet store groomers. He would act almost traumatized every time he was groomed at the pet store. I thought private groomers would be much more expensive. Not only does Karen charge the same price, but she does a much better job. Most importantly, Ollie was the same happy dog he always is when he was done. We will never go anywhere else! Thank you Karen. 100 stars.

Love the place because it’s super cozy and has plenty of sitting to come and hang out with friends over cup of coffee or even a board game, do some reading, or work! Love the floral part of this place too!
Also a great place to rent out for small events like book clubs gatherings, birthday parties, or bridal and baby showers!
Oh and let’s not forget about all the custom drinks they make per request for me 😅 so definitely stop by!

80 North Genesee Street, UticaWow what a great time we had at Babes. Four generations of family. I side and out. Great family atmosphere. Artificial grass makes it easy for kids to play, including rolling somersaults on the turf
