I arrived at the store 10 minutes before the closing time listed on their door. I was refused entry because they claim the store was already closed.

Rite Aid Kellog Rd, New Hartford has been texting me that my prescription was ready. Went to pick it up Saturday and found out they are now closed weekends. So went today and the associate said they were running over a week behind and it was not ready. WOW. Generic response, inadequate.
