The new pharmacist there knows his stuff. I called about some side effects of medications that both my wife and I were having and he immediately knew the problems and what course of treatment was necessary. After speaking to my doctor and making the recommended changes from both them and Anes we were feeling better. He also speaks bosnian which is a major plus.

I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge Anes, a truly exceptional employee. He went above and beyond to help my grandmother with her questions on her scripts and ensure she understood everything clearly. Even though she doesn’t go to this pharmacy his patience, kindness, and attention to detail really stood out. It's rare to encounter someone so genuinely dedicated to making a difference, and Anes certainly made our experience a positive one. Thank you for your outstanding service, Anes—you are truly making a difference in people's lives!

Absolutely awful. Never picks up the phone when I call, called multiple times throughout the day and my phone call was never answered not once. Then when I went to the store I sat in the drive through for 15 minutes with three pharmacists working, one just standing there. They only helped me after I pressed the call button. I had to change pharmacies because there is constant problems.

I can’t believe the lack of compassion and lack of professionalism at this store. There is always an issue but today has by far been my worst experience. I was told my medicine would be in after 2 pm today and after waiting two days i went there and it was not ready. First i was told again that i would have to wait a couple more days then they found it and said i would have to wait a couple hours. I tried explaining the situation to the pharmacist in charge THOMAS GREEN and was met with sarcasm and arrogance. He immediately accused me of being argumentative when i was literally just letting him know what his staff told me and also my situation (just had surgery)(already waited 2days) . No-one even cared. Not once did any of them try understanding me, look up my info or anything just left me sitting in the drive thru. I am appalled . Don’t use this Pharmacy!! Everyone has nasty attitudes !! Just rude and disrespectful!!

I arrived at the store 10 minutes before the closing time listed on their door. I was refused entry because they claim the store was already closed.

Rite Aid Kellog Rd, New Hartford has been texting me that my prescription was ready. Went to pick it up Saturday and found out they are now closed weekends. So went today and the associate said they were running over a week behind and it was not ready. WOW.
Generic response, inadequate.

The pharmacy was extremely helpful, I tried to check with Walgreens to see if they accept my insurance and I couldn’t even reach a person. Michaela and Lucas were extremely helpful and even though I had to pay out of pocket since rite aid doesn’t accept my insurance, they were able to provide a coupon which saved me money. I definitely recommend coming to this pharmacy.

If you are looking for a pharmacy to provide you the wrong procedural/legal/medical information for your prescription, and cause a delay to pick-up up your medication, then congrats you have found your match.
Inconsistency is a core value for their practice. They are always ready to give you any faulty and wildly inaccurate information to get you to hang up faster on the phone, and to get you to go away.
Today, I had to call back today to advocate for myself, only to be told by Meredith that “she didn’t bother checking” and that I was right. Pretty humiliating experience.
Be ready to skip a few days here and there on your treatment when this is your pharmacy.

Was in the other day for sinus medicine, while visiting Utica area, the store was clean, organized, friendly staff and I could tell this was a well ran store.

As always the worst service. I had to fight with them to take my insurance cards as they continuously told me they were the wrong member numbers. I need to call my insurance company. So I do. There's nothing wrong with my numbers. Go back for them to yell at my insurance provider that they are wrong over my phone. Then the pharmacist magically gets my insurance to go through as she mistyped the numbers. Still convinced that my daughters insurance is wrong we were never able to get her prescription. It always seems to be a fight to get prescriptions here. They never actually call to tell you when they are filled. If by some off chance they do, you arrive and they aren't actually ready or my favorite they never received any prescriptions. Staff is rude. How dare you come in and need anything from them. One plus, while I was on the phone with my insurance they provided me with other pharmacy that also takes our insurance so we can take our business else where. Do better Rite Aid. Your staff are rude and sick people should not have to fight for their meds!

Your pharmacy sucks. Slow, long lines And they’re rude not my fault your mirsble at your own job. And they lost my insurance card had to wait for them to find it the next day. SMH

These people implemented a new role that even though they know exactly who I am and have other forms of ID I have to have a scannable New York state ID or I cannot get my medication I can't go to work without my meds so I have to pay a stranger now to pick them up for me I will be loitering out front looking for the right person to ask
