Even with my car being buried in snow he still tried and got it out unlike the other company I had. Would use their service everytime I need it and will recommend family and friends.

Very nice guy I'm currently in Rome New York and I needed my car towed and looked at for repairs. He was nice and didn't want me to pay the tow to Utica so he referred me to Mike Jr in Rome New York!!! Thanks boss!!!

I was able to call on Ronnies Towing & Recovery this morning due to my car breaking down unexpectedly on my way to work. The Towing operator was professional, courteous & polite. Flatbed came right away after two other services claimed to have no trucks available. Great job getting my truck loaded in a crowded parking lot. While I hope to not need it, I would call them again without hesitation.

He came and picked up my car however when we got to the storage facility. When we got there I had trouble getting in. He waited a while for me to try reach someone. After about 30 mins or so he had to leave to do another run so he dropped my car in a parking spot at the storage facility. When I did get through I called him again, he came and brought the car into the storage unit at no extra charge. He charged me less than half what other were charging me

Needed a tow and he was amazing! Answered immediately and was there an hour later. Super reasonable pricing and incredibly friendly ❤️ Would absolutely recommend. Hopefully I won't need a tow anytime soon again but I know who to call if I do!
