Had a minor issue with my reservation but it wasn’t anything that they weren’t able to fix. Natalie helped me out on 2 different occasions. Both times she was attentive, accommodating, and respectful. Inside the facility was clean and organized. The truck rental was reliable. This location also has climate controlled storage… highly recommend this U-Haul location.”

“Brenda and Bobbi Jo are very helpful with handling your storage needs. Twin Maple Storage is expanding due to the demand. Convenient location on NYS Rt 5 and 24 access. They keep the lanes plowed in winter for ease of getting to units when it snows. There are units at the location of the office and some additional units just down the road.”
