ER visits need better bedside manner. I found that nurses are robotic for the most part & doctors are quick to give information but not stay to answer questions. Of course it is an emergency Dept but people going there are scared or hurt/sick, which i think should prompt staff to be more compassionate.

Had to rate to comment, this office is no longer seeing patients. They have been split up to two new offices, Trenton Rd. and New Hartford.
