Worst place for anything at all. They don't take your care into consideration at all or what you actually need and are only in it for the paycheck which figures given they are the go to place from the hospital. Jesse one of the psychiatrist will just say why dont you just stay as a in patient at the pysch ward for something that is just depression or anxiety as if it was schizophrenic or delusional. They randomly will change your appointments and wont even tell you and will not contact your doctors to tell them all the stuff going on and work with them either. Also not to mention therapist changed several times randomly and the therapist and psychiatrist dont even have contact with each other. Its no wonder i changed to clinic on noyes street. They do everything opposite I have written here.

worst mental health place i have ever been too, they have no understanding of basic human rights and they also do not wanna do their job from home during the covid every time they call for my appointments its i have a bad connection on their end and they refuse to call from another phone and will only use voip phone (which must be hooked up to dialup) i just want my medication refilled and havent had in 2 years because their staff quits and then i have to go through 3 appointments just to make it to the med doctor then boom they change the appointment without notifying me this keeps happening.i recomend family counciling services in oneida ny they do their job !

This orginazation has helped me tremendously through many of my difficult times in my life and has saved my life on more than 1 occasion! I'm truly blessed to have The Neighborhood Center as a main support system, all there staff are outstanding with what they do trying hard to help those in need of any services within the community! Hats off to all of the staff at The Neighborhood Center for everything you have done for me and continue to do for me and any individual within our community! I can't thank you all enough!!!

I have had my son enrolled at the neighborhood center since he was 9 months old. He is now 7. I trust the center to keep my son safe and Myself informed of any other needs he may need. Im very happy with the services they provide. I would recommend them , and have recommended them .
