“Came late at night straight after work, legit 45 minutes before closing and they still took my car in for a lift and inspected it. I drove over a cone that got stuck under my car before work so I was concerned about possible damage/leakage. Thank god that they were open and accepted my desperate worried self. I highly recommend the guys here, they took their time with my car and definitely knew what they’re doing. I usually don’t trust anyone but my father (a mechanic) with my cars. “Had something drip onto the hood and windshield while overnighting in a parking garage. Car wash and at home attempt wouldn't touch it. Fearing it would either ruin the finish via corrosion or if I got more aggressive, I called Dave (the best detailer I've ever come across) and they got it right into the "emergency room". “I went to shop at BJs today to renew my membership and to see if I can get 2 pairs of eyeglasses repaired. An employee by the name of Kayla helped me with my membership renewal. She was very proficient and personable. After that I went to the optical department where an Eric Jackson was working. Eric was also very proficient and personable. Eric repaired both pairs of glasses and would not accept money for the labor and said he was happy to help. After shopping I went to the cashier to check out and at this point it was Kayla at the register - cashier # 464951. Kayla took the time to scan my products for sale prices and took the time to show me how to do it myself using my cellphone. I've been a member of BJs for years and today was my best shopping experience ever. Eric and Kayla were terrific and definitely assets to your company.”
