The shop is not pushy to sell additional services and addresses the problem. They go above and beyond to meet customer needs. Customers appreciate the haste and customer service. I drive an hour to go to this shop. I was in and out in about an hour. Manager Scott does his job well and I see some of the same guys working there that I have seen there for years which means they must be doing something right to keep their employees.

8/26/26 Another year and another car inspection well done by the staff at Tallman's Tires on Genesee Street in Utica, NY. They are kind and professional. They don't even mind doing a little extra free of charge. I give them a Triple A+. I recommend taking your car to them. They even ignored my messy car.😁
