Says they are on lunch from 1-130. Came at 12:45 and the door was closed. Inconsiderate and lazy. My time is valuable and I hate when it is wasted.

Most people work, so the only window of opportunity to go to the post office is during lunch and after 5. So why is there only 1 person working after 5pm? Of course the line will be up to the door. Ridiculous.

Leila Denic just harrasted me, i have proof of that, now i'm going to complain her name to usps, i tried to send my big box to my home-country she even not printed my adress nothing, just gave a check, she is not professional

I was traveling in the area and had two packages sent here for a pickup hold on Oct. 6, 2022. The label was addressed to me and specifically said "USPS - HOLD FOR PICKUP" with my phone number.
They called me and said it would be okay for me to pick up the packages the next day, Oct. 7, 2022. I came in the afternoon and was told that the packages were already sent back to originator the day before.
Truly unprofessional; A TOTAL WASTE OF RESOURCES for the packages to now be circled around the country; total lack of communication (their phone number is disconnected); rude workers. Just an all around dump.

Me and my husband where expecting a package and some time sensitive mail yesterday 6/2/23 we live at the link on sunset ave here in utica and we think the guy who came and delivered mixed our mail up with another residents mail please either have yiur workers doubel check what mailbox they put the mail in and/or just bring packages up to the apartment door. Me and my husband have also left a note in our mail box for the postal workker eho delivers the mail to our building reminding him a former resident who doesnt live here anymore and we still get their mail

Not sure why the entire staff has to take lunch break at the same time and close the store instead of rotating lunches.

Couldn't tell it was even open as there's no large sign on display. It is open as of now (June 27, 2022) next to AutoZone
