Told my prescription was “in progress” repeatedly for over a month despite my doctor putting in the RX for them multiple times. Stayed on hold with them 30 minutes to an hour half a dozen times with nothing to show for it—often just to be hung up on. They finally told me today to simply “go to another pharmacy” despite claiming as recently as three days ago that the medication was on “on the truck.” No follow up, follow through, or accountability. I’ve been miserable without my medication for a month, but more worrying is those people whose medications are life saving that are going through the same thing. Shameful. Avoid.

Waiting for one prescription over an hour. I was told to wait don’t know how much longer and I’ve been sitting waiting over an hour nobody noticed I was sitting there waiting for my prescription until nobody in the line. If I could give a zero star, I would. I came early in the morning told male customer service that I only need one specific medication to be filled first because the rest can be wait. I came back in the evening and none of
Prescription were ready. Then I mentioned to another customer that I only need one specific medication to be filled. Then I wait over an hour and thanks to customer server Unknow name ( little bit older with curly hair) help me otherwise, I will be waiting there until the store close.

Pray you never have to call this pharmacy. Tried to call multiple times at different times holding over an hour each time. No luck. They cancel scripts I'm trying to fill with no explanation and no notice. When I ask why they say call and ask the pharmacist. .what a joke.

WAIT TIMES ARE THE WORST! I was waiting on hold to speak to a pharmacist for 2 hours and 45 minutes. I was on hold around noon with 3 people ahead of me. Around 1:10 pm, about 20 minutes before their lunch, I was the next person in line. Their 1:30 pm lunch time rolls around and the machine tells me I can continue to hold or call back. Considering how long it took to even be next, I just set a timer for 2 pm and stay on hold. AFTER THEY COME BACK FROM LUNCH and I am the first in line, I waited 45 MORE MINUTES and still no one picked up. It took so long I had to stop and recharge my Bluetooth headphones, which were fully charged when I had initially called. While setting up to recharge, I lost the call, and it's the only reason why I didn't end up waiting longer.
I don't know how they come back from lunch and still take at least 45 minutes to take any phone calls of customers needing to talk to a pharmacist. About 20 minutes before I lost the call, the machine did call me to my let me know my prescription was ready. I was already waiting since the morning of the day before for it to be delivered, so I also wanted to confirm it would be delivered today.
This isn't like I was calling a 1-800 number, or social security, and their were hundreds of thousands of people calling them. I was literally next in line for an hour and a half, with half of that time being when they couldn't have been on the line with a different customer, because I was the first in line when they came back from lunch. Just totally unacceptable.
Edit: Now I am reading more customer reviews and I see this has been happening the last 2 months. So, I want to add one more thing.
Last month I had to wait in line, in the store, for almost an hour to pick up a prescription that was ready and waiting. I chalked that up to them being busy for a day. But, if they consistently have this problem, I don't know how they have not hired more staff. Since getting the business from rite aid, they must be generating more revenue and should hire staff proportionally. Their greed is making it worse for everyone and I think I just need to find a different pharmacy.

This location is the worse since they took on more customers after Rite Aid closed. They never answer their phone..
Literally was holding for over an hour...still never got through. I'm so tired of that music playing and the same recording, 'you are caller number 3', forever! They take a week or longer to fill 2 simple prescriptions. I'm still waiting, like for real, get it together! Hire more staff or something. Unacceptable service!

These goofs are the worst, slowest pharmacy I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Absolute jokes! Every time I have to get a prescription they never start the order even if I call ahead (which 9 times out of 10 they wont pick up the phone) they lie and say it will be ready by a certain time and it never is. They have no problem ignoring people, not picking up the phone and letting people suffer due to their incompetence. You will never get in and out with your prescription. Either you will wait a very long time or have to come back another day. DO BETTER! I have officially switched pharmacies. Try Market 32 or Walmart if you want to deal with people who actually care in the area.

One star they never answer the phone first of all or send text messages when your script is ready. Then they could have all day and have nothing ready at all. Literally how hard is it??? It suxks that rite aid closed because these guys are abysmal in doing anything.

The pharmacist Rene is awesome she's been with Walgreens for 18 years very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions you takes the time to explain any questions. I get all my vaccines. The Walgreens app is very good and keeps a record of all your vaccinations to show show your doctors in one convenient spot. Again, Rene is an extremely kind, knowledgeable, and helpful pharmacist.
