Ziebart does a great job with undercoating, and ceramic sealing however I highly recommend if you have scratches that need fixed that you address them with a body shop or a painter prior to the service as they can only do so much with scratch repairs. I am happy with my detail, but I really should have had scratches taken care of prior to getting the ceramic coating for the paint because it would have come out better in a couple of places.

So I went here for maintenance on my rustproofing. I asked about ceramic coatings for my paint. The general manager, Robert, was great in helping me figure pit which one I should get. When I picked it up the next day Robert agreed to come back as I couldn't get there until after closing. Before that he helped me complete the paperwork for assistance I needed. When I got there Robert was so nice. He had everything ready for me to sign so I could pay for the work. I was very impressed by the job they did. My truck was so clean inside and out. The ceramic coating was so slick and made the trucks finish better than when I got it a year ago. I will definitely recommend this Ziebart in Utica. They really know how to treat customers right. They certainly treated me right. Can't wait until I can see this truck in sunlight!

Paid $248 for interior detailing. They only vacuumed and shampooed the upholstery. A significant amount of the center console and trim were not cleaned including even the steering wheel.

We have gotten the Ziebart Platinum Ceramic Total Protection package on 2 vehicles, and we could not be happier! The Ceramic ZGloss is amazing, no other product compares to it! In the photos you will see the reflection on the side of the car, it so shiny and smooth, it's like looking in a mirror. The window tint makes a huge difference in the inside temperature of our vehicles. The Utica location was so helpful and friendly, we highly recommend Ziebart products, it is worth every penny!

Have been going here for the last 5 years. All our new cars and with a business, we have multiple cars. We have spent a bunch of money with them. My personal car last year was damaged by them where they broke my back seat that flips down. We went back and forth about getting it fixed and came to an agreement we would pay to get it fix and they would honor next year for my yearly rust proofing they would detail for free the inside of my car. I also have paid ever year for the ceramic coating detailing on my 2021 Dodge Durango rt. Its not cheap but I wanted to protect the car and take care of it. I held off on spending the extra for the ceramic as I wanted to see if they would do a great job with my free detail for the breaking of my back seat. The Durango went in on 9/10 and picked up 9/11. Well to say im disappointed is such an understatement. The car is vacummed somewhat and such sloppy detailing. My front windshield isn't even washed with hand prints and everything. The shifter has dead bugs around it. My kids traditional French fries still in the back underseats. They didnt take hardley anytime on it and I could have done a better job with my own tools and equipment. Very very poor job. I have given them so much money and planned to get a new car with the 2026 suburban come out and I won't be wasting the 3k in all the stuff they usually do when we get a new car. Just be aware and check everything. I had to pick up my car late when they were closed due to my weird hours for work. Thats not how you treat your customers when your making a mistake up to them. If all had gone well and I was pleased I would have scheduled the outside for the ceramic coating and my new rims I got. Such a let down!

Annual check up for the truck. Staff was very nice, friendly and polite. I would recommend Ziebart to anyone who is looking for rust proofing for their vehicle.
