I’ve been coming to this office for 14 years. When I tell you this is my favorite place to be seen..it’s no exaggeration. My daughter who requires glasses also loves this office. I’ve had to have my glasses replaced three times in the last couple months (I work with and have kids. Sometimes it gets rough) each time I’ve gone in they would just pop the lenses in a new frame.. I will never go anywhere else… I mean the man I’ve only seen twice remembered I like mine adjusted a certain way.. perfect every single time. Can’t have enough stars. They’re the best! ❤️❤️❤️

The old balding man behind the counter is miserable. I received the confirmation text the day before my appointment while I was driving, so I didn’t realize it asks you to reply yes or no. Going through my texts the morning of my appointment, I noticed this so I replied yes (1 hour before my appointment, and I wasn’t canceling so it shouldn’t have been a big deal). I was 4 minutes late to my appointment because there was roadwork on Windsor highway. I came in and apologized for being a few minutes late, and the rude man behind the counter gave me a big sarcastic smile and said “and you didn’t let us know you were coming until 9:30!” What do you mean, “let you know I was coming”? I didn’t cancel the appointment, I’m here, what’s the point of your nasty comment? If it’s SO important that your customers confirm their appointments then you need to call them instead of sending automated texts. I’m a busy mom who gets a million appointment reminders a week, give people a little grace as you don’t know what anyone’s situation is. Either way, he was completely and unnecessarily rude, so I told him “I’m good” and left without being seen. I’ll take my business elsewhere. I can’t imagine this guy is good for business, perhaps he’s not cut out for a customer-facing role. I used to work with the public in several different capacities and I would NEVER speak to someone like that.

Made an appointment and no one called beforehand to left me know there was an issue with my current insurance saying that my insurance expired. So I waited for an appointment and wasted my time for nothing, when I could have used the week prior figuring out the issue before coming in. They didn’t really seem sorry. I’ve gone here for years but they didn’t really seem to take accountability for the mishap so I am not sure if I’ll come here again.

Excellent customer service! The staff is very helpful and patient when assisting with trying on and choosing frames and adjusting the glasses for proper fit. Highly recommended!

I had to send the report to the motor vehicle and they didn't send it and when I went, I kindly put my son on the phone to talk to the man in front, he told my son that I had to learn to speak English to be able to go there, that is discrimination. .
