Tony and Andre and Tyler were a great help! Walking in as a female or a person not knowing much about cars. I left feeling confident that my car would drive safely to all my destinations. They answered all of my questions and explained it to me. Overall I can see myself coming back here. If any friends or coworkers ask about a mechanic shop I would sure tell them to come to 400 Windsor highway vails gate, ny 12584!

Came to this Mavis in need of an inspection. I was very pressed because I was driving out of the country and did not want to leave with an expired inspection. The only time I can get into the shop was an hour before close. Even though they didn’t think they would have enough time to do it, they still were able to squeeze me in! Anthony was SUPER nice and personable and is the prime example of excellent customer service. A big thank you to Andre as well. This Mavis is a breath of fresh air!

These guys have no idea what they are doing. I went to them last week for an oil change. They said that the oil from my car was leaking. I took it to another mechanic (full service shop) and there was no leak. Additionally, they wanted me to purchase new brake pads and rotors when my brakes/rotors are in tact. I waited for 3.5 hours for an oil change and these dilettantes called me and told me they could would not be doing my oil change because of said "leak" with no further explanation.
These people are incompetent. Stay away from these amateurs and go to tenured mechanics. These guys are disingenuous vultures.

I had a great experience with mavis. They explained what needed to be done. They were conscious of getting me the best price for the work. It was done in a timely manner. I left very comfortable and confident. I will return again.
