this Mavis always has great service. I've did brakes, tires , inspections , and wheel alignments here. always good customer service. they always explain pricing before hand including taxes and labor so there's no surprises.

after installing the wrong tires on my car Mavis in Vails Gate didn't what to make it right. every time I contacted them, in person and over the phone. they acted as if they didn't have any information about my situation. text book run around excuses. when a company doesn't want to make good on their own mistakes, steer clear at all cost.

My experience at Mavis in Vails Gate was super. They stayed open an extra hour to make sure that my car was delivered the same day. They are friendly and courteous. I recommend them wholeheartedly!

Called at around 5pm for a price quote on my brakes which I needed for inspection. Spoke to Andre and quoted me the best price in the area. I brought the car in and not only were the brakes done but they also inspected the car for me so that I didn't have to worry about going somewhere else. Great and fast customer service, friendly and informative staff, will definitely be bringing my car back for other services.

I had and always have a great experience at Mavis of Vails Gate NY. Kevin, Anthony, and Andre were courteous and professional. They took my car in without a reservation and were done earlier than anticipated. With a busy schedule this certainly helps. This is why I don’t go anywhere else.
