I felt I was given a competent hearing test with clear explanations of procedures. I liked the hearing aids which are a bit more expensive than my Phonak hearing aids. Decided not to buy the hearing aids at this time because I had already paid for Phonak this year.

This place has been the worst experience I have ever encountered in my life!!!! I went in for a "free" hearing test to be harassed as I tried to leave. I told the older woman who does the exam the I would be in touch for further options. That is when she basically stood in front of most of the door as she's throwing out to me this way and that way we could finalize the sale or of how we could do payments as I repeated myself over and over again how I would be in touch. I was in total shock when I finally got out of there. I have never experienced such craziness (is the only way to explain this) from a person of business in my life!!! Oh and no I will not be in touch Stay away!! I had to select 1 star but that lady is at a negative but that's not a choice on here!! I'm added to this because right under my review is another where they describe "intense sale pressure" at this place they couldn't have described it better!!!

The lady dealing with my grandmothers hearing aids is excellent. The insurance is great because my grandmother is 91 and they keep getting twisted because she hasn't been able to learn how they work yet.

At the Oak Lawn facility Hearing Specialists Debbie and Alana give excellent care, kindness and great knowledge to hearing needs. Donna, the receptionist is both courteous and helpful to the patients at this facility. Having worn Aids for 25+ years and some from a different Business I feel I can compare the service given by Miracle Ear and they stand out as best in all ways. I am grateful for all they offer in making my hearing impairment better.

Carrie always makes me feel welcome. Jesse knows just how to set the hearing aids to provide the most benefit. Couldn't ask for a better team!
