Recently had my starter replaced on an old Nissan Frontier. I had to have it towed to the location and they promptly called me with an estimate. Between that first call and the second call to come pick it up had to be under 2 hours. (That time includes ordering the part as well) They work really fast and are very clear about the work that needs to be done.
In addition to this car we take our other cars for routine inspections and oil changes and are completely please with the service.

I was visiting from out of town, having just changed my oil prior to visiting. My car had been leaking oil SINCE I got it changed.
I called Monro in Vails Gate, and Kedron told me to bring it right in, got me fixed up immediately with a recommendation to what I needed when I got home.

Stay away. I would give 0 stars if I could. Back in March they quoted me about $800 just for front brakes. I left and got the same service done with the same NAPA parts for about $400 at CDS Auto in New Windsor, a local shop a few minutes away. I haven't returned to Monro Muffler since then and have been more than happy with CDS. I'm constantly advising my family, friends, and community to steer clear of this place and get quotes from multiple businesses. You will find Monro Muffler consistently has the highest quote for most or all services.

This place is the best place to have car service done in the New Windsor area. The service person was named Kedron and he was terrific-I had a flat tire and he fixed it in 10 minutes!!! I have been here many times and have never had an issue. I’m told they have new management so if you ever had a problem before-rest assured this is the place e to go now. Extremely happy with the service and the time it took to perform -and the price was fair too!!

Don’t even go there. The mechanic doesn’t know what he is doing. They can do anything. I went for 4 wheel alignment and they didn’t do anything but charge me $140 after tax. My was same as I brought it in. Don’t waste your time and money with them.

The staff was all very nice. They honored all of their online service specials for my vehicle. They did not try to upsell me as I do exactly what I needed, which was great. I felt no pressure in the car has been fabulous and pick up. I had four new tires, installed wheel, alignment, and new brakes and rotors.
