“Recently had my starter replaced on an old Nissan Frontier. I had to have it towed to the location and they promptly called me with an estimate. Between that first call and the second call to come pick it up had to be under 2 hours. (That time includes ordering the part as well) They work really fast and are very clear about the work that needs to be done.
In addition to this car we take our other cars for routine inspections and oil changes and are completely please with the service.”

I called Freeman's the very next Monday morning. I asked if they could look at it while I waited. They said to come right in. I waited. It was fixed in a half hour. Freeman's is a very trustworthy business nd they r very accommodating. Thank u again for helping me so quickly.”

“After attempting to restore my 2014 5 series at a local shop I had bee using for about a year, I decided to get the work done checked by Rick because I came to an understanding that the shop guy was incompetent when it came to the minute details of upgrading the parts. Rick's analysis of the shoddy work left me flabbergasted. As it was nearly $10,000 worth of parts in labor I paid for. Got it all refunded and had CIM Motorsports take the wheel. Rick and his team are diligent, professional as well as proficient. I had my axles, ignition coils, and bushings upgraded as well as all of my fluids and filters replaced so far. I'm quite pleased and plan on finishing all of the other upgrades at CIM Motorsports. Customer service and feedback as usual is stellar as I've been there a couple of times. They'll take good care of you and even more so, your vehicle.”
“I’ve been a proud customer of Brookside for almost 6 years now! Billy and his crew are always amazing. Sam at the front desk is also always kind and helpful on the phone. Going above and beyond for their customers, friendly and respectful they’re my favorite! Always within ear shot to at bare minimum give you an idea of what could be going on in a pinch. As a young woman I have never felt blindsided as Billy always explains what exactly is going on and what he is doing to fix it, that treatment is hard to find at car shops. Their pricing is exactly fair, also usually such a quick turn around to get your car back :)”

“Went here with my mom on Sunday November 19th 2023 to pick up a few things for thanksgiving. we picked up a free turkey, which was a whole turkey, so if you like dark meat that's your go to! We also picked up a pepperoni tray, some cheeses, milks, and some plates. We used some coupons for our items, and paid with a cashier and had fast service. However, one of the coupons didn't come off, so we had to go to member services in the front to obtain cash back for the coupon that didn't come off. that line also moved quickly. Will be back next time we need bulk items!”
“having absolute terrible luck with tires (the universe works against me in that aspect), these guys are a blessing to have near by. Sometimes you don’t want to shell out a few hundred dollars on a single tire, and the guys have selection for every car. And the tires are in excellent condition, it might be worth it to skip buying an all new tire altogether. And did i mention, I never had trouble getting my car in emergency pinches. They accommodate me quickly (no appointment needed) and truly are such a pleasant little crew to service your car.”
“Coming home from a long weekend away the sidewall blew out in Harriman State Park and seems as though new cars do not come with a spare. Anthony came and flat bedded car to a tire store we thought was open only to have it be closed early. He then made a phone call to see if the tire size was in stock at Loyal Tire, which was closed for the night. He brought the car to the shop and opened it up for us. Tired was replaced in a short period of time and we were on our way back to Long Island. Without Anthony's great service we would have been stuck in Monroe for the night. Anthony's knowledge and caring made all the difference with a bad situation. Highly, highly rated.”
