“Recently had my starter replaced on an old Nissan Frontier. I had to have it towed to the location and they promptly called me with an estimate. Between that first call and the second call to come pick it up had to be under 2 hours. (That time includes ordering the part as well) They work really fast and are very clear about the work that needs to be done.
In addition to this car we take our other cars for routine inspections and oil changes and are completely please with the service.”
“My car tire had had a slow leak for about one month which required a watchful eye. Mavis took the tire off the rim and cleaned the area. They checked the tire and rim carefully and found no leaks. They also checked the other tires for pressure, rotated them, and did a wheel balance. After these, my car's ride felt much smoother as I drove home. Thank you Carlos and Chris.”

“Low tire pressure warning light suddenly came on. Showed up without an appointment at Mavis Tire in Newburgh NY figuring an expensive tire replacement. Tom and Vickie had my car quickly checked out even though it was close to closing time. They discovered that it was just the pressure in the tires being off enough to set off the warning light. Their understanding, honesty and overall exceptional service was appreciated so very much. Mavis Tire is lucky to have people like Tom and Vickie working for them.”

“I can see why now this Mavis has such high ratings. The kindness I experience was truly awesome. My car basically died on me and I had to have to towed to this location. JP was super kind when I dropped off the car as he probably saw I was freaking out a bit. He gave me a run down of what they would try to do to figure out what was wrong with my and I left feeling calm. Dillon called me the next day and explained what was going on with my car. I asked him to explain to me in layman’s terms which he proceeded to do in a very kind manner. “This place is very good. The staff are very friendly and they are FAST! I was out in 35 minutes. All except for the alignment. I had to schedule that since there's only one machine and they're backed up.
As for the price I paid, since the tariffs are in effect, even they said it's not fair for any of us. Tires are expensive. But still I felt they tried to get me the best deal & worked within my budget.
I didn't have to wait for the tires to be ordered, they were in stock. I feel safe driving with new tires, even though I don't drive everyday. Knowing they're new is the best feeling.”
“I’ve been a proud customer of Brookside for almost 6 years now! Billy and his crew are always amazing. Sam at the front desk is also always kind and helpful on the phone. Going above and beyond for their customers, friendly and respectful they’re my favorite! Always within ear shot to at bare minimum give you an idea of what could be going on in a pinch. As a young woman I have never felt blindsided as Billy always explains what exactly is going on and what he is doing to fix it, that treatment is hard to find at car shops. Their pricing is exactly fair, also usually such a quick turn around to get your car back :)”

These guys don’t play around. I called ahead and spoke with Frankie because I needed a tire changed on my reefer trailer. Very friendly people with fair and honest prices. They told me to bring it right in. When I got there they got to me right away with only one truck ahead of me, and they had him out in no time. Quick, professional service and no runaround. I will definitely return if I’m in the area again. Another big plus is that this location is only about five minutes from my delivery.”

“After attempting to restore my 2014 5 series at a local shop I had bee using for about a year, I decided to get the work done checked by Rick because I came to an understanding that the shop guy was incompetent when it came to the minute details of upgrading the parts. Rick's analysis of the shoddy work left me flabbergasted. As it was nearly $10,000 worth of parts in labor I paid for. Got it all refunded and had CIM Motorsports take the wheel. Rick and his team are diligent, professional as well as proficient. I had my axles, ignition coils, and bushings upgraded as well as all of my fluids and filters replaced so far. I'm quite pleased and plan on finishing all of the other upgrades at CIM Motorsports. Customer service and feedback as usual is stellar as I've been there a couple of times. They'll take good care of you and even more so, your vehicle.”

Was aĺl done in about 1/2 hour, and all for about $40.

“Brought my car here for inspection and ended up needing a couple days of real work to get it to pass. Every step of the way the staff was accommodating, easy to talk to, and took the time to explain what needed to be done and why. I have a tight schedule with meetings and travel, and they worked around it and fit me in without making it a hassle.
The best part: they actually inspect the car and actually fix what needs fixing. No rubber-stamping. I drove away knowing the work was done right and the car is in good shape, which is worth a lot more than a quick pass.
They were slammed while I was there. Other shops in the area were sending people to them, and the waiting room was full of inspections. They still stayed friendly and on top of it. Highly recommend”
“I have a young son and frequently have him with me while I'm taking care of things like getting my car inspected. I am terrible with names so I apologize for not thanking the staff by name. They made us both comfortable and let me know how long we would have to wait. They were kind to my son even though he was a little rambunctious. Everything that my car needed was explained to me clearly. When I asked if I could make it to pick up my other son from school I was informed of the time needed to complete the repairs needed. They were done before the estimated time. It means a lot to me to feel comfortable going with my children and I am much more loyal to places that make them feel welcome!”

“Went here with my mom on Sunday November 19th 2023 to pick up a few things for thanksgiving. we picked up a free turkey, which was a whole turkey, so if you like dark meat that's your go to! We also picked up a pepperoni tray, some cheeses, milks, and some plates. We used some coupons for our items, and paid with a cashier and had fast service. However, one of the coupons didn't come off, so we had to go to member services in the front to obtain cash back for the coupon that didn't come off. that line also moved quickly. Will be back next time we need bulk items!”
