Numerous times stopping in to buy stamps or ship out packages or using indoor or outdoor mailboxes. Staff members friendly and courteous and professional. Sometimes there are long lines especially when it gets busy. Overall experiences have been good.

I've given up on these post offices. My main concern is the false delivery notifications they provide to me. I'll get a notification saying "package delivered in/at mailbox" but nothing. It's frustrating because projects are a big part of my job and I can't plan if I don't know when parts are coming in accurately. After these alerts, I'll find my mailbox full a few days later with like a month worth of letters (not my packages). I've actually missed bills for this reason. (EZ-pass, stuff of that nature). The worst is when they lied and said they couldn't deliver because they didn't have a gate code. There's literally no gate where I live, nor anywhere nearby. I feel like their staff is just unethical, lazy, and has horrible organization. I'm surprised they don't steal mail. Not that anyone reads these, but tsk tsk tsk. Semi-related, but a friend of mine saw one of their drivers piss in a bottle outside the truck before emptying out a mailbox. What if a child saw that? How naughty.

Hardly a service post office. The long lines, slow manner of service and "too bad" attitude needs a lot to be improved. Lines are typically 3 or more. There is typically only one USPS associate at the counter, unless the truck comes in and then no one. The parking lot, entrance and exit lanes are small and can get crowded. The landscaping is primitive, old and in need of a face lift or better yet removed. Garbage is typically lining the edges of the property. The only good part is its location - 1 star!

Only giving 3 because of April the supervisor. She takes special care to ensure you are taken care of. Catherine needs to retire. It's done, move out of the way, go enjoy life for the years of service you have given to the USPS. The lines are out the door when Catherine is at the counter. She is a sweet lady, but non intending to be a little rude and arrogant. The post office is clean, well lit and deserves an upgrade. Overall for the area it is easy to access, but Catherine needs to go as the post office is not the place one wants to stand in line particularly now during COVID while Catherine takes 5-8 minutes per customer. I can leave and come back and the same people will still be waiting. Please Catherine take heed and retire!

Worst post office I've EVER dealt . They have lost packages. They have given my bank statements to other box owners. They have mail sitting there and don't give it to you. They are supposed to give you yellow cards in the box when you have a package. They do it when they feel like that. I have had packages I haven't received, I ask them questions and they don't know or they have excuses. Not professional at all! Avoid at all costs!
