Not sure what is going anymore. Everyone USED to be so nice not anymore!! The pharmacy and everyone is so rude God forbid you call and ask a question. So disappointed looking for a new pharmacy!!!

Corporate really needs to provide customer service education to their staff. Should also evaluate new hires. Everyone there seems to think they are doing YOU a favor. Rude, disrespectful and seemingly incompetent. Customers have choices and my family and I have chosen to take our business elsewhere for good. Location is convenient but lack of customer service makes it not worth it.

Very bad customer service all the people are working there are very rude and unrespectful, specially the young tall guy with long hair he has no respect to the people at all, and I'm already contacted customer service to fill out a complaint but it looks they don't care
So I don't advise any one to go to this location

Frequent shopper due to convenience, however the management is rude and do not honor prices that are clearly marked on the shelves. Poor customer service and skills should be reviewed by corporate.

The worst pharmacy on the planet. They refuse to fill prescriptions. Apparently the pharmacist is also the manager. Was told to call corporate to complain. Will tell everyone I know to avoid at all cost.

Called needing information about prescriptions sent in for my son and I was rudely rushed off the phone by pharmacy staff with no answer. Has to call a different store for help.

Great service.. alway courteous and helpful. I read some reviews that are negative and it comical… the nerve of a business allowing staff to take a lunch break, oh and posting signs indicating they do that and the times, additionally every time you call there is a recording indicating the break time closure! Not to mention, if the website and sign on the door indicate walk ins welcome for Covid shots… why did you call?? Based on my interaction with the staff I’ll just guess that the staff member said if you make a appointment online you ll guarantee no waiting when you come in the life saving vaccine.

All the people in the pharmacy in Vails Gate are wonderful! They are all very knowledgeable and friendly. They are beyond helpful, especially Jose...he is a gem. Great job is done by all!!!
