When I walked into the store there were workers helping customers at the registers. However, when I got to the front nobody was at the check out and a woman was trying to check out at a regular register. She pressed the button for assistance and waited a couple minutes where nobody came. She told me she was nervous to try out the self checkout, but I assured her I’d help if she needed. After, a line had formed, and one of the self-check out machines stopped working. A worker finally came up to help out after a customer located them. I am in no way trying to blame the employees for what occurred, but I think that employees should be better organized throughout the store. Fixing the assistance button or ensuring someone is up front at all times could truly help in these times. There are many senior adults that struggle with the self-checkout machines, and it is not fair for them to have to resort to that option.

The pharmacy team is always so kind, patient and have been accommodating to my extremely busy schedule. If you call you have to leave a message for the pharmacy team to call you back and they always call back within the hour. I had tried another local pharmacy across the road but getting my medications was like pulling teeth, I absolutely dreaded going there every month. I went back to CVS where everyone is always warm, friendly, fast and efficient. Seriously, great job pharmacy team!
In the rare instance I’ve had to wait the store itself is clean, quiet, well stocked and full of interesting things to browse. I highly recommend.

I feel bad for the employees here. They're miserable because they must bear the brunt of customer complaints that are a result of CVS' corporate policies. The products are overpriced, the self checkout machines are junk and the pharmacies are woefully inefficient and always understaffed. Oh, and no one needs a paper receipt that's 6 feet long when buying a pack of gum.

Five stars in support of the pharmacy, all the 1 star reviews obviously have never truly known what it is like to work severely understaffed and the public breathing down your back and complaining. And it’s a vicious cycle because it causes burnout and people leave, making the understaffed situation more dire. I find the pharmacy crew to be awesome and helpful and they do the best they can!

Every time I go to this place I ask myself why I have my scripts sent her. Awful. Just awful. It’s not the pharmacist, they seem to be nice people trying to do their best. It is the organization behind them/ CVS that is the source of constant failure and frustration.
