I love this place! It's a treasure trove. Some wonderful discounts on remnants. Says open by appointment, but you can catch it open sometimes on Saturdays!

Very strange experience. It was very hard to find, even within the building it's housed. Didn't seem like a real store for some reason. Seems to only be open Thur-Friday. I wonder if their business is more online or with decorators. Lots beautiful fabrics, but we just felt out of place. A woman came out briefly and I THINK she said that all the fabrics were $45 a yard. We didn't quite catch what she said before she said be in the back if we needed her. We left scratching our heads at the crazy prices and atmosphere.

Only worth it if you're buying over $300 because the $45 base shipping fee--at least for someone in Ohio when they're only located in NY--negates the concept of fairness to the customer and any sense of a good "deal" I was excited about coming across. If you have the word OUTLET in your business name, perhaps you could consider reasonable standard shipping that is based on the amount/total weight/ACTUAL shipping costs of the merchandise being ordered. I've previously purchased $300+ of a single fabric (in one transaction) from them but it took a week or more to ship and it wasn't during the holidays or anything like that. Not a huge issue at all, but if you're otherwise putting this large premium on your shipping, then at least make it efficient. Why not provide customers with the option of having fabric come folded in a box (rather than on a bolt) to reduce the shipping cost? They also have their "Yard Sale" section for their low-stock fabrics but the shipping is more than ONE single yard costs! Totally non-sensical!

Some nice fabrics and sample panels but they don't have the historical silks and velvet they used to carry. Still some wonderful fabrics for today's homes/lifestyles. The ladies are a joy to work with and know their fabric.

I've been searching for some fabric for a few home decor projects and I've driving by the sign on Rt. 9 that says fabric outlet so I thought I'd check it out. It's in a weird warehouse building that also houses a kid's gym, a gift store and a construction company. It's kind of hard to find, it's on the left side of the building. The store has hundreds of bolt of fabric, heaped on top of each other without a real sense of organization. They had some really great upholstery fabric but you really had to hunt them out. I didn't find fabric for my current project so I didn't purchase anything but very few things had prices on them so I'm not actually sure whether it's a good deal or not. They did had a large selection of outdoor fabric with prices on them but I think you could find a better selection at more reasonable prices at any large fabric store.
