Oil Cover:
The oil cover was not put in place.
Fortunately, it was nearby, and my wife discovered the issue when she opened the hood.
Tire Replacement:
All four tires were replaced.
They had completely worn out over two years.
Invoice Discrepancy:
The final invoice was 1.5 times higher than the original estimate.
Due to this discrepancy and the overall experience, I have decided that this will be my last visit.

Watched a video of the shop owner harass a law abiding citizen on the public street, then he tried to grab the citizens property, then he called the cops on the citizen, then he lied to the cops about what happened.Everything is on video, no debate.
