They delivered it that afternoon but due to hospital restrictions they could only deliver it to the nurses' station on the floor. Due to some mix-up the flowers never made it to my friend. When I called Lakeview Florist they were very apologetic and made sure to send a replacement bouquet to my friends home right away.”

“i have been a customer of Mrs. Morgan for many years. My son recently got married and we hired Bob to do the wedding. I cannot begin to tell you how absolutely fabulous the flowers were! My son and his partner were very specific as to what their vision was and Bob came through and then some. The ceremony flowers, cocktail hour ,centerpieces, sweetheart table arrangements were mind blowing! There may be bigger operations or ones relying on their name out there but i can tell you with certainty you'll not find anyone who gives the attention to detail like him. I ran into Bob a few days after the wedding and thanked him for providing a magical atmosphere for the happy couple. I then told him i'd have to pick a fight with my husband so i could get some flowers from the shop. He is a great guy and you will never regret employing his services. A special thanks to Helen for adding all those lovely touches.”

We emailed and spoke a few times on the phone and Karen was always able to adapt to small changes in quantities and flower types, and delivery timing and location. A pleasure to work with and just absolutely gorgeous work product. We got a ton of compliments on the flower arch/chuppah setup and it stayed vibrant for multiple days. I wanted to make sure I got someone very good and reliable and I got that with Jan at East meets west florist.After doing a search I then checked Google reviews and seen a number of great reviews about Jan. At first I was a slight heistant about it not being an actually store front, but Jan quickly made up for thatI emailed and also left a message and Jan got back to me within an hour or so. I let her know what I was looking for and sent her the information on the services. Jan quickly went to work on it and keep me informed the whole time and very accommodating.When the arrangement was done she sent me a picture and it was a beautiful arrangement. She got the arrangement to the services the morning of the services on time with no issues and they were well received by the family.I would recommend Jan and East Meets Wests Florida to anyone looking for a florist in the Thornwood and surrounding area”

I call and CS helps get a new platter ordered that I will pick up. I get a call maybe 20 minutes later from manager (rich?) saying the Lu are making my platter, will deliver and discount. Also ensured someone spoke to me upon pickup (I was out and pickup ended up working out better for me). Well done stop & shop in white plains!”

Their prices are fair and we have never been disappointed about what they have provided.
