Looks like all of the 1-star reviews are regarding passports. Weekday afternoon the Asian gentleman George was perfectly delightful and pleasant with handling my prepaid mail. So all is well with normal postal business. I suppose go elsewhere for passport making.

Worst location and people ever ever!!!!
They don't deserve to work for USPS, they just make the reputation worse!!
I will never use them again, in fact i will be just using FedEx or UPS from now on
The Chino guy is very awful and disrespectful and he think he is a king!! Such a bad attitude!!

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION FOR SHIPPING!!!!!!!!!!
Awful customer service. The USPS employee would barely answer any of my questions and was just rude the entire time. When I told her that the mailing address she put doesn’t have the apartment number on it when popped up on the screen, she said it doesn’t have to be. I am going to give her and this USPS location the benefit of the doubt for now and assume that it will reach its destination. If it doesn’t, you will be seeing an update on this review for sure.

Small USPS office, but efficient. Staff is quick to assist you. I have visited this site on Saturdays. I want to thank Miguel for his service and welcoming attitude.

Awful. They are terrible. I have had issues in the past but I gave them the benefit of the doubt believing it was not them.
They have lost mail and also not scanned priority mail. Twice not sure where my mail ended up. Another time I was expecting an amazon order that cost me $300.00 and the system confirmed they received the package. I called day after day and all they stated that it was in process. Finally called amazon and they replaced the purchase. It is cleared that someone at this post office stole my package. It’s sad that this day in age someone can’t do a basic job as sorting and handling mail.
DO NOT DROP OFF MAIL AT THIS POST OFFICE. GO TO THE ONE IN HAWTHORNE SO MUCH BETTER.

the postmaster is the most miserable rudest pos I have ever come across. She berates the workers. six different mail persons have quit within the past 9 months. she needs to be fired immediately. absolutely disgusting. I will be filing a formal complaint on Monday.
Back again 12/6 I am on line listening to the supervisor berate a mailman. this is sad! its the holidays, good grief.

The employees here are excellent. I go here instead of the White Plains post offices because the service is so much better. The lady working at 4:00 on 10/10/2023 was so nice and went above and beyond.

My Duagther had a passport appointment around 1:45 pm. We came 15 minutes early, but when we get there the person woking for passport not working . Very disappointed because my daughter took a half day from her school. They should let us know early before the schedule.
