The folks at Lakeview, CJ & Carol, are an amazing team! They helped me put together an arrangement over the phone for a relative’s funeral. The whole family was stunned by the tasteful beauty of the arrangement. CJ’s floral talent is off the charts & Carol provided excellent customer service. Highly recommended!

Excellent customer service. Ordered a bouquet for a friend at Westchester Medical Center. They delivered it that afternoon but due to hospital restrictions they could only deliver it to the nurses' station on the floor. Due to some mix-up the flowers never made it to my friend. When I called Lakeview Florist they were very apologetic and made sure to send a replacement bouquet to my friends home right away.

I stop here to get my flowers for our grave and this spring bought like plant garden that grew so beautifully! It’s November and just starting to die down! Was so pretty I bought to and tomato plant and now bought my mums! Great place! People are so nice and helpful too. Great quality plants!

DO NOT USE!!! I ordered a large standing funeral spray for my Mother's burial to be delivered across the parking lot to the Kensico Cemetery office, so it could be brought to the plot and graveside for the service AND THEY DIDN'T MAKE IT! I ordered this at the end of April, described the Peaceful Pink Sympathy Spray arrangement that they show on their website (which they seemed to have trouble understanding) and asked them to add additional flowers and deliver it to Kensico for 10am on the date of the burial the first week of June. They called to confirm and verify the details a couple of weeks later. But, when we arrived for the 11am service there were no flowers. They scrambled to give us loose roses, but nothing makes up for the stress and frustration they caused on what was already a tough day. The owner who was not there and was supposed to make the arrangement the day before has not reached out to offer any type of apology. Bad Business!

Planning a wedding in the middle of Covid was challenging but thanks to CJ and his crew for listening and perfecting my floral arrangements. Even down the afternoon before my wedding things changed because of the weather and CJ was quick on his feet to find solutions to the changes. I am forever grateful!

Toni, Thank you so much for doing this amazing floral arrangement, snack basket, balloon and stuffed horse for out granddaughter. It cheered her up and made her know we are thinking of her as she fights this battle. We hope and pray that the doctors figure out soon as she is getting weary from this situation. Your beautiful flowers gave the family and hospital staff joy Int the midst of this struggle.
