the store just seems to be going downhill. I remember when there was other management there years ago and the store seemed more button up and friendly. Now it just seems like things are put anywhere and they're goal is to remove everything from the stock room.
Also, I wouldn't trust eating any of the chips or snacks there. I've noticed rodent droppings there.

Store is never opened on time states they open at 9am don’t bother coming till after 10am and hope they’ve opened already

This dollar tree has a decent selection. My 1 star review is for some of the employees. Two in particular that I will try and update with names if possible. Two female employees. One is likely in her 30’s and the other is an older woman with very short hair. They have made many shopping experiences miserable. I have observed them talk down to customers and verbally attack them. They speak rudely and appear to be miserable human beings. They are verbally combative and One in particular will argue with customers if they are called out by customers. Particularly the older woman, Is even more of a disappointment as a human, she will continue to argue with customers that actually defend themselves from her Verbal abuse or tone. I have observed And experienced it myself. The ignorance is unbearable. I understand that maybe this is not an ideal job, But it gives no excuse to be unprofessional and get into altercations with customers or have the audacity to keep going back-and-forth into arguments with them. People like this should not be hired. It is unfair to the customers who are spending their money and allowing people like this to have a job in any customer service. I frequent this store less, highly likely never because my time and money is not worth being surrounded by unqualified individuals who Essentially work for customer service.

I shop here often but today wasn’t great. I am only reporting it because I have loved ones who complained about this lady also. So witnessing it was shocking. Today As I was waiting to check out, I witnessed melanated lady checking out with her loved ones and she appeared a bit annoyed. A female employee of this store who appears to be a senior with a short hair cut was following her and I witnessed it myself when we were in the same aisle. When the lady went to the checkout, your employee was hovering over her and that’s when the customer got upset and said she didn’t appreciate her being too close to her and following her and her loved ones. Your employee started to get loud and said she’s crazy and she was just working but it was obvious that she was following this customer and her loved ones who were with her. The girl went to put a basket away and I seen your employee follow her there also. I was still in line waiting and I was hearing your employee gossip and talk about her when she left. She was saying “can you believe she’s playing the race card?” And the customer she was ringing up who probably was a friend agreed and said “they are known to steal so continue to do your job”. I usually mind my business but all of that was unnecessary and you should really tighten up on customer care and etiquette. The young lady never mentioned anything about her race and just stated that she felt uncomfortable with the lady being too close and following her around. I left and seen that the lady was still in her car and appeared to be upset while speaking to someone on the phone. I yelled out that she should call and report her but she said it’s fine and that she won’t let it bother her. So? That’s why I decided to report it now! Now To the DOLLAR TREE EMPLOYEE who is a senior lady that was working today 5/31/24 around 3:45pm today with the short hair, You should be ashamed! and to the man who was working also, you should be ashamed too because I seen you whispering something in her ear and I wonder if it had anything to do with the young lady who came in to shop today. This is highly unacceptable and I hope the woman shopping doesn’t come back because I overheard her saying how nice the store was. I will take the extra route by shopping in a neighboring Dollar tree.

Ridiculous, this store is suppose to open at 8am. 95% of the time their never open. I don't understand what's the sense of saying they open at 8am. Don't get me wrong, I love the store but they need dedicated workers.

A great place to find snacks, Tupperware, stationary items, etc. It's usually clean & is stocked up weekly. Always like stopping here to see what season decorations and snacks they have!

Right now there is a group of about 7 of us waiting for the store to open. There is always an issue with this store opening on time! And I'd have to agree with another review regarding an employee, Maryann. I went to self checkout so I could go in and out of the store in peace and Maryann comes over and basically tells me how I should be bagging my items because if there was a line it would be faster. There was no line. I also didn't ask for help and was doing just fine as I've checked out on my own multiple times. She has a very rude way of saying things.

Suppose to open at 8AM Friday morning waited outside along with others till 8:35 AM and still was closed. I finally left went home and called at 9AM and still no one answered. Not a way to run a business!

Store changed to self checkout but the one cashier Maryann is nasty and not helpful won't be going back again. She yelled at my friend who doesn't understand self checkouts
