I have very long hair and hate getting it cut. I was just desperate to fit in a haircut. Sheena did a fabulous job of cutting and styling a very large hair job. Please forgive my appearance, took picture really just for my sister in law! But Sheena deserves to have her work shown. Plus she was fun! No haircut panic attack

The woman working this morning at the Valley Cottage location was just great, I think her name is Yani. She was welcoming and was eager to answer my questions. I couldn't have asked for more, she really did a great job on my split ends and was patient with me. I'm very happy I walked in today and will definitely be back with my little girls. Thank you!

We've been going to great clips for several years. We started going when they had a store in Monroe, then we went to New City both of those stores are closed now. Now we go to Valley Cottage. My wife and I use Yanni, she can cut your hair anyway you want it. My son uses anyone else and he's never had any problems! They are reasonable and they do a great job of cutting and styling hair, it's the place to go to get a great haircut you would be proud of!!

I've gone to this location a few times over the years when my regular barber is on vacation and always hesitate to go back but today seals the deal. Giving a guy a buzzcut doesn't require much skill but the male barber today, who I've seen before needs to be addressed by management. He seemed unsteady, a bit slow, dropped a couple things and just left them on the floor and i honestly thought he could be drunk. Then proceeded to use the clipper upside down on the back of my neck leaving 2 bruises, including 1 that was bleeding. I was speechless at the shop and the crew working didn't care at all. I had to get to work and just left. He seemed shocked I didn't tip him 🤷

Sheena is just simply wonderful .. I have short curly hair, which is difficult to cut correctly. Sheena took her time and talked me through the process of how curly hair is supposed to be cut dry in order for the haircut to be done correctly. I will return.. THANK YOU SHEENA!! :)

Sadly, this is one of the worst haircuts of my life. I kept my eyes closed after I knew how short the first clip was. Nothing you can do after that, but endure it.

Some girl idk her name, but she cut my hair well i think she works 9-5 Wednesday and Saturday 9-5 but she is amazing, the first time great clips actually did something well to my hair. I got like a 5 on top and 1.5 on sides. Ty to whoever that girl is she needs a promotion!
