Pods broke half of my furniture while the unit was in transit and now they are refusing to reimburse me. Ashley from Customer Advocacy wouldn’t even answer our calls and when she finally did, she was extremely rude and unhelpful. We trusted Pods to take care of our belongings while we moved across states and now we are left with thousands of dollars of broken furniture and no one from Pods is willing to help. Don’t make the same mistake we did!

Our experience with PODS has been exceptional. They keep you posted of every step along the way through emails and calls. Even the drop off of the pod was flawless. Nelson was great and easy to work with. Would recommend.

Super great product. Excellent customer service. Driver’s name was Richard H. He was super patient with me accommodating the pod as requested by me. Overall experience was 5 star super simple super fast once I figured out where to drop the pod. Highly recommended company. And it would be good to know where you are going to keep the pod.

Our POD delivery drivers were great. Both arrived within the time frame that was said. Both explained the process of drop off and pickup and made me feel safe with shipping out our life belongings with them. Definitely would use again.

POD has no way to fully delete a customers profile which includes their billing information after you return an empty POD and no longer need their services. I've called customer care and requested numerous times. There is no way to delete your profile or card info, etc through the portal. Which cyber security breaches happening all of the time this is alarming to not be able to fully close an account and delete your information.

My experience with PODS was phenomenal! Hassle free and easy! Will never move another way. In fact my driver Ricardo was amazing! He came back after pulling away because he saw in the rear view mirror I was struggling open it. Shout out to Ricardo!

100% would recommend PODS in Valley Cottage only, not In NC where they damaged my driveway. Pete was amazing! Professional and real nice guy. They left the POD on my driveway with no damage and picked it up nice and smooth. Thanks

Every pod has holes in it and their customer service made me wait 3 times for 45 minutes each time to get refunded. Do not use them.

No stars if that were a thing. This company is so mid managed and truly horrible at what they do. My stuff was everywhere when I opened the doors finally. After screwing up the schedule twice. Separate movers to do the actual work. And if I hired a contractor with a truck and 2 movers it would cost me less.
Don’t even ask about the website or telephone conversation.
DO NOT USE!
