Last summer, I believed I lost my wallet in their store but it turned out to be under the car seat of my car. I asked the manager if she could possibly pull up the surveillance footage but she couldn't. I wanted to see outside if it had popped out of my pocket when I entered, but she told me that they don't have access to it?
Regardless of that, she's not as young as the nice one, but she's rude. Always. NO idea why. But these rude employees are why it's closing in 2 weeks!

I love this place. there is a drive through - never long waits. The pharmacists are really great! They are fast and efficient. I always have my medication on time and they always have my medications available even when there is a nation wide shortage of that medication. i always , consistently receive text messages when meds will be ready and again when they are ready for pickup.

Incredibly rude pharmacy staff. Came here for the first time and will never be coming back. Please do not go here if you are a new customer, a Spanish speaker, older or have difficulty hearing. Please train your pharmacy techs to be kinder and receptive to simple questions. As someone who works in healthcare, I realize that pharmacies are busy but being rude and snap comments such as “I never asked that” are never okay.

The rite itself is a good store, but the pharmacy needs to be drastically fixed. The customer service in the pharmacy is very slow; often times the staff is very short and dismissive; often times they will not let you know that your medication isn’t in stock after having a prescription submitted; I experienced a lot of insurance discrepancies due to the pharmacy (such as being overcharged for medication). As someone who relies on a good pharmacy, I don’t think it’s asking too much for common decency and even bare minimum customer service.

As much as I love this store and has been a loyal customer for 20 years, I was so apalled when my 15 year old daughter came home and told me that the manager of the store named Ian did not allow her to bring our dog inside the store. My daughter just wanted to get toothpaste and she was confused why he prohibited her to let the dog lead alone is a small mini schnauzer. I called Rite aid headquarters and they told me that pets are allowed in he store. So I called the manager and told him what happened. He said that he was being polite when he said that tomy daughter but still couldn’t explain why he had to lie and make up policy regarding pets in the store. What a shame that these kind of incidents disregarded years of loyalty of an avid local customer. They shoild know to balie the locals patrons. Sad to leave this atore but one bad tomato corrupte the whole store. Good job Manager!!! Hello CVS , goodbye Rite aid!

Very good rite aid. Usually has what i come for. Always clean and has plenty of products in stock. There is usually buy 1 get 1/2 off on certain products. Staff is always helpful and friendly.

The Rite Aid in Valley Cottage on Route 303 is the best pharmacy bar none and Tyler is the best pharmacist I have ever had. Not only is the pharmacy close to me they give the utmost respect and knowledge of any other Pharmacy I know

Tyler, the pharmacist at the Valley Cottage Rite Aid, is outstanding. He is thorough, understanding and a problem-solver, demonstrating the professional qualities of the old-school neighborhood pharmacist. Even the pharmacy staff is more on point when he is staffing the pharmacy.

I love Rite Aid. They have everything I need for health as well as a nice size make-up area. You can also buy snacks & gifts. I've been surprised on more than one occasion that I found things I didn't think I'd find there.
