Wow, what an experience, through and through!
My wife and I couldn't make up our minds and flooring, so we went into the store and were met with Hovan. Not only did he patiently help us and guide us to the perfect match for our home, but he also helped us match the rest of our home renovations to the floor. He gave us his expert advice on trim and how to match it with our stairs.
We bought carpet for 3 bedrooms, flooring for our downstairs, and eventually will be doing more flooring upstairs. Between carpet, LVP, and hardwood, they know what they're doing here.
The experience of making the choices is one tough battle, but the next is the delivery and QC. These were met beyond our expectations. All of the new products look great and feel professionally installed.
The staff is professional here all the way through - from going to the showroom, putting in the order, delivery, installation, and follow-ups.
Thank you to Roca Flooring for one of the greatest experiences we've had in home renovation!

Great Service! They took care of me on multiple projects including a new laminate floor, remove old carpeting and installed hardwood flooring on my second floor and stairs. And also laid carpeting on my staircase. Such a great job. Honest, reliable and fair pricing. You can't ask for more.
