“Best auto shop in upstate NY - hands down. I had better service here than the dealership (Porsche). I had my spark plugs changed, transmission fluid flushed, oil changed and they went the extra mile to ensure my car was in tip top shape before I drove off the lot. It runs better than my last maintenance interval service at the dealership. I’m recommending them to everyone I know and will be coming here from now on.”
“A terrific experience! I had my AC “repaired” by a local mechanic three summers in a row…when it quit working AGAIN (and ahead of some travel and a heat wave) I knew I needed a better approach. Thankfully, someone recommended the AC Man! Sure enough, he diagnosed and fixed the problem in no time and for an incredibly fair price.
Can’t say enough positive things about the experience and the service.

I was hesitant to take my car there at first based off some of these reviews but they were extremely affordable and dont try and rip you off. I took in my dodge journey because all of my windows stopped working and it just need a good looking at to check it all around. They fixed the windows and other minor things and we went about our day as happy customers.”

“First time customer and was very happy with the service. I set up an appointment to bring my car in too be looked at for some noises it was making. After I dropped it off a couple hours later they called me with the repair quote. I gave the go ahead and they did all the repairs the same day. Picked it up that night and everything is great now. “I was losing hope for My 2017 VW until I called around and was recommended Here. I called and was instructed to bring My vehicle A.S.A.P. I did so and sure enough, I was given hope and told amount of what it would cost, how long (estimately) and I said deal. I was scheduled to have My vehicle there this Morning and sure enough, a lil bit longer then what was told (Shit Happens) but the Job was done and completed and the Price did not change. This is My first experience with them and it was GREAT..!! I def. Would recommend there shop and work to EVERYONE..!! GREAT People.. AMAZING Prices..”
“My Muffler on my car had broken at the tail end of one of the Catalytic Converters, It completely broke and was rusted and hanging off the car, The noise was driving me insane, I didn't have alot of money and where was I going to take it last minute and get it in. It is so hard these days to get Great Customer Service, let alone "OK" customer service and that is such a big thing today, because people want and need that, they need to know that the vendor/owner of a business can be trusted to do a good job and not lie, steal or cheat you. The gentlemen took my car in the same day, repaired the muffler at the break, but also clamped everything down solid to the car, so there was no fear of the muffler coming off down the road, he also took the time to weld another location that had a hole, he went out of his way to do a great job, (I only asked him to fix the break) and I felt I was charged accordingly, not taken advantage of because I'm a female, I felt comfortable and safe, and he was very nice. I definitely would recommend taking your auto needs to this facility. I definitely will be using him again. Thank you Sherri 2006 Subaru”

They are honest, knowledgeable, do work incredibly fast, and have the best prices I have ever seen. I got in a pinch where my bike wouldn’t start and Joe personally came and picked it up for me, free of charge. It was ready to go again the next day. Hard to find a business like this anymore.”
