“A terrific experience! I had my AC “repaired” by a local mechanic three summers in a row…when it quit working AGAIN (and ahead of some travel and a heat wave) I knew I needed a better approach. Thankfully, someone recommended the AC Man! Sure enough, he diagnosed and fixed the problem in no time and for an incredibly fair price.
Can’t say enough positive things about the experience and the service.

“This place is amazing the staff ia very professional and nice. I was hesitant to take my car there at first based off some of these reviews but they were extremely affordable and dont try and rip you off. I took in my dodge journey because all of my windows stopped working and it just need a good looking at to check it all around. They fixed the windows and other minor things and we went about our day as happy customers.”

“Got some front bumper and internal parts for my car when I was thinking I would replace them myself but then was prevented from doing so because of an injury. They were willing to finish the job for me and their labor rate was reasonable - and it looks/runs great too.”

“First time customer and was very happy with the service. I set up an appointment to bring my car in too be looked at for some noises it was making. After I dropped it off a couple hours later they called me with the repair quote. I gave the go ahead and they did all the repairs the same day. Picked it up that night and everything is great now. Highly recommended! I will continue to use Bonnier Service for my future auto repairs!”

“This shop went above and beyond, highly recommend! The team made the process as smooth as possible and made an unfortunate accident with a deer sting just a little bit less. Jose provided consistent, clear communication, and the text updates were frequent but not overboard. I dropped it off after hours and got immediate notification the next morning that Will had started to evaluate my vehicle for the insurance estimate which was completed in prompt and timely manner. Joe did a fantastic job on the body work! He was able to match the grille I had previously upgraded to and installed before the deer wrecked it, he is clearly highly knowledgeable and skilled in his profession. I live on a dirt road so it’s not often that I see my car as squeaky clean as Mike made it when I returned to pick it up this morning. I’m very impressed with how professional, hard working, and organized the team was even with the holiday rapidly approaching. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs services the shop can provide!”

“My Muffler on my car had broken at the tail end of one of the Catalytic Converters, It completely broke and was rusted and hanging off the car, The noise was driving me insane, I didn't have alot of money and where was I going to take it last minute and get it in. It is so hard these days to get Great Customer Service, let alone "OK" customer service and that is such a big thing today, because people want and need that, they need to know that the vendor/owner of a business can be trusted to do a good job and not lie, steal or cheat you. The gentlemen took my car in the same day, repaired the muffler at the break, but also clamped everything down solid to the car, so there was no fear of the muffler coming off down the road, he also took the time to weld another location that had a hole, he went out of his way to do a great job, (I only asked him to fix the break) and I felt I was charged accordingly, not taken advantage of because I'm a female, I felt comfortable and safe, and he was very nice. I definitely would recommend taking your auto needs to this facility. I definitely will be using him again. Thank you Sherri 2006 Subaru”

I got in a pinch where my bike wouldn’t start and Joe personally came and picked it up for me, free of charge. It was ready to go again the next day. Hard to find a business like this anymore.”

“After taking my car to a dealership, being charged for a part I didn't need and quoted an astronomical amount for more parts, I finally had it towed to Izzo Family Auto and it was the best decision I made. They were fantastic in keeping me up to date and informed on my car. Their prices were far more reasonable than the dealership and the turn around time was much quicker. I feel I got an honest opinion from them instead of being taken advantage of. Would highly recommend their services! Keep the small businesses in business!”

“Called to have car inspected. I already knew what the problem was, but purposely didn’t say anything to see if the place would figure it out. The mechanic found it almost immediately. However, because of where the problem is, it would require the whole part to be replaced. He called his source only to find out it would be very costly to get it from them. So he went on his phone and found it for a lot cheaper online and suggested for me to get it online and to bring it in so he can install it. So not only has he proven to be reliable, but also trustworthy and actually care. If there’s a mechanic in the cohoes and Waterford area look no further than Mack automotive. Especially considering he not only inspected it for free but then brought me in the back and showed me. On top of the fact that not many mechanics are willing to let you just bring in the part yourself. Even if it means, it’s gonna cost you literally 10 times the price. Other places were even gonna charge me just for the inspection alone. Highly, highly and I can’t say this enough, I very highly recommend this place. I am getting the part online and will be having them install it. This place is like finding a needle in a haystack. Nice small garage did I drive past all the time and didn’t know about. I have no doubt they work and I say this from experience is going to match the content of their character. Too many times have I seen mechanics who are greedy and those are the same mechanics that will cut corners and not do the job correctly. But hey that’s ok thst just means you will bring the car in again am I right? Once the work is done I’ll update this review. But I have no doubt the work will be done properly.”
