Claims to be 24/7. Got here at 3:40 AM trying to get some milk only to find the door chained and locked from the inside with the employee just hanging out behind the counter.

For the last few months I'll show up late at night to grab my favorite drink that I can only find at this location. Only problem is when I attempt to enter the store the door is locked with a chain and lock from the inside. After encountering this issue several times always at night, I knocked on the door until the employee I guess finally got tired of trying to hide and he basically arrogantly walks up to the door and claims the store is closed. Maybe policies have changed and im not aware but one of the great things about 711 is they stay open 24 hours so if you need anything you can always get it from them. The same way I purchase products from them at any time and I don't tell them my money is only good to pay them at certain hours I don't understand why it's okay to not allow customers entry in to the store as well as probably violating 711 policy locking the store up when it should be open all day and night. I will be telling everyone I know not to spend money here as well as reporting this to 711's corporate number.
