I chose Acura because of good reviews. I chose Acura of Valley Stream because of the location. Now I have purchased cars since I was 18 and I have never experienced a dealer like Kendrah Vasquez. Kendrah not only took the time to show me different vehicles but explained the many options and how things work on the vehicles. Her knowledge is extremely remarkable. She was very pleasant to work with, very patient. Things she didn't know, she said so, and she immediately went to get answers. I would absolutely recommend her to friends and family when they are looking to purchase a new vehicle.

The pre-owned team at Acura was amazing! Farhath (Fari) was outstanding and made buying my wife's car a breeze. It was by far the best car buying experience we've ever had. He bent over backwards for us from start to finish, saving us multiple trips which was much appreciated since we were coming from over an hour a half away. He was very attentive to us, responding quickly to any questions or concerns we had. He even helped keep our young kids occupied! We also want to thank Julie who helped answer a lot of our preliminary questions we had before handing it over to Fari. Blake in finance was also very thorough, breaking down the easiest way to stay within our budget. We would recommend anyone searching for their next vehicle!

If you are looking for a car, Acura of Valley Stream is the place to go. My husband and I had the most amazing experience from beginning to end.
Our Sales consultant Sabbir was extremely helpful with showing / test driving us the two cars we were interested in the Adx and the Rdx.
He was able to get us a great deal we couldn’t refuse in the color we wanted . As a result , we were able to pick up our Adx the next day.
We were able to sign all the remaining paperwork with the finance director Blake who was able to break everything down for us and walk us through our lease agreement. He was very personable and made us feel like family . I work in customer service and you have no idea how hard it is to find top tier service like this .
I am so happy that we made this decision. I highly recommend them !!!!!

I had a great experience, and it was all about the salesman, Ahmed Sarif. He was knowledgeable, detail-oriented, efficient, courteous, and accommodating. In a business where a salesman is behind the eight-ball before the customer even walks in the door, he is a credit to the profession. He could not have done a better job.

Worst customer service ever , spoke to Kelly , if that’s what’s his name from the parts department and he’s the worst . Telling me he can’t source a part for my Acura with the vin, he needs me to check for the part number on the actual part . This changes my entire perspective of Acura
