Transactions takes too long took us 6 hrs start to finish with platinum credit. coffee choices are good but no milk creamer etc. on both floors snacks are via vending machine tasteless. Not even complimentary fruits water or snacks. Sales reps are polite & professional but be cautious not completely honest or forthcoming with information or options. Lied about 3 things. Also make sure everything in your vehicle is checked & works. Check Mileage as well. I need to return to have afew things fixed. This is not a reflection on vehicle choice

I want to start by thanking the team at Acura of Valley Stream for the excellent service that they provided to me; I felt welcome the moment I walked through their doors. Moreover, I would like to send a special shout-out to my salesperson, Ray Fernandez. Ray is a true professional; at no time did I feel pressured into making a decision I wasn’t comfortable with. Ray was patient with me, although it took me three visits to the dealership to decide what I wanted to do to purchase a car. Ray walked me through the entire process, and when I finally decided on the car I wanted, which was the only one on the lot with the exterior and interior color I wanted, he made it happen. Ray, please continue providing excellent customer service. It is not every day I meet people like you, so when I do, I must show my appreciation.Thank you.

Kayla, John and Blake were all very nice. John was excellent and helped me with the car. I was interested in. John made the whole experience very smooth and Blake helped me understand what was the best way for me to finance that vehicle all in all the Acura Valley Stream team hit a grand slam and I really appreciate all of their time and effort to help me get back on the road, thank you to the Acura of Valley Stream crew

I had bought a used car off their lot with very low milage. I was extremely worried about the tires, but they swore if it passed inspection the tires would be okay for a little while. Well 3 DAYS into owning my new car...... I had 2 tires that couldn't even be filled up with air.... so, I went to 3 different places. Mavis, Goodyear and a shop on main street in Smithtown. I was begging for them to help me either plug it or something......., but all swore they couldn't do anything because all 4 of my tires were basically wire. The danger this could have led too if my tires reacted any other way could have killed someone, leading me to spend another 1200$ on the car the same week I bought it out right. They were extremely careless. As a 20-year-old female i will warn EVERYONE about this situation. All because of tires that they could have taken off another car in their lot. Yelp review they can brush off their shoulder they should take accountability for being disgusting cruel people. CONTACT DMV!!

Great experience with buying this car. The entire team from start to finish was professional but personable. They answered all questions and I honestly feel that I got a fair deal but the most appreciated aspect of this car buying experience was that the team did not deceive me and let me decide at my own pace, no hard sales from them so thank you for making this experience pleasant, I will return to this dealer again.

These comments are for the service center not the dealer. Your service is completely ridiculous and awful. Monday morning of this week I dropped off the car at 7 30am because the check engine light was coming on. I was told the car was driven several times and diagnosis at 190 dollars showed nothing. I was told if there any problems to bring it back. I picked up the car around 3 30 and was traveling home when the car was shaking and the check engine light came on. I called Victoria and she said to bring it back. They checked it and it was a coil misfiring and by this this time they were getting ready to close and had no loaner car. There are never any available. I asked for a price breakdown for the needed repairs and it is now Thursday and I have not gotten a call despite leaving number and email address with Victoria. I was just driving home this evening and the car began shaking and the check engine light came on again. To say that i am dissatisfied is an understatement. 10/19/23

Had an amazing experience with Acura of Valley Stream. I am extremely pleased with Acura overall. My prior salesperson that I used for Acura no longer worked for Acura so prior to going to the dealership, I prayed for a great salesperson and experience. God blessed me with Aaron and his team. He was very patient and friendly. I also had the opportunity to meet his manager Anthony, another awesome team member. He was kind and very knowledgeable. It was just a good experience, the car buying process can been daunting but at Acura of Valley Stream it was quick and efficient for me. Another win-win with Acura! This was by far the BEST car buying experience that I’ve ever had. I went into the dealership as a single female and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of. Ahmed (Sales) and Blake (Financial Advisor) are TRUE ROCKSTARS! Their level of professionalism, genuine willingness to help and overall knowledge was remarkable. I was in great hands as I felt so comfortable and confident in the decisions that I was making. They never stared me in the wrong direction, they weren’t trying to “SELL” me on anything.. they helped me to make a smart decision! Ahmed and Blake definitely gave “TOP TIER” Customer Service… I’M HOME!!

I went to 3 different Acura dealerships to look for cars, and I eventually came back here to purchase one because of all the salesmen I encountered at all 3 dealerships—Ray Fernandez was the best!!! He was so kind, friendly & he really wanted to help me find the exact kind of car I wanted—so I wanted to purchase it with him at Acura of Valley Stream. The GSM Diego helped him get my car as quickly as possible once I made my decision & I was so grateful! Also, Blake the finance manager was AMAZING!!! He broke everything down & made the whole process super simple. I felt like Ray & Blake were my friends!! Never felt like anyone here was steering me wrong. Everyone I met here was amazing!!! I just happened to stop by here one day because I was nearby—my sister bought her Acura from a different dealership & I initially thought I was just going to buy it from the same one she purchased from. I did visit that dealership, but ultimately decided I wanted to work with Ray and I’m so glad I did. If you’re looking for an Acura—come here!!! You won’t regret it.

Great experience. 5th Acura purchase, 1st time at Acura of Valley Stream. Facility was clean, warm, and friendly. The staff, from management on down, treated me well throughout the entire process. The communication during the process was also constant. I was impressed with the way they operated from top to bottom. I will recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing an Acura.

HORRIBLE AND DISGRACEFUL, They told me a rdx was available we go through numbers, got me so invested just to turn around the next day and tell me someone else put a down payment on it already. why wasn't I offered to put money on it to hold the car , why is the sale rep showing me a car that's not available and saying it is. how is it that the sale man doesn't know the inventory then tell me it's an unfortunate situation , they played with me and my livelihood and then tried to persuade me to buy and more expensive car ,How Dare the manager and sale rep

I'm not exactly sure there's enough words in the English language to describe how absolutely blown away by the incredible professionalism and all around amazing sales team at Acura valley Stream. John was our salesman who was assisting in helping my older mother with a remote vehicle purchase out of Las Vegas. He was absolutely stellar and professional to the point of going out of his way to accommodate us. The entire environment was no pressure and very straightforward. The dealer was completely transparent and at no point in time attempted to hide anything. Small little hiccups were ironed out very quickly and professionally. I've worked in the auto industry for over 10 years and very seldom give this kind of positive feedback especially to dealerships in the post COVID world. But I will be going out of my way to do business with them in the future from all the way across the country. Thank you so much John for everything and you guys are just incredible!

Hi All!I have to say Acura of Valley Stream has to be one of the best car buying experiences I have every had. Shout out to Kendra she’s absolutely amazing! From the minute I walked in the door I felt the amazing energy from her. I can say that I felt a bond like we been friends forever! She made the car buying experiences smooth, easy and very comfortable for me. She’s patient and kind and took the extra mile to show me features about my new 2023 RDX. Called over the phone to confirm availability with Jorrell, who was kind and courteous through the scheduling an appointment process. Tom was my sales person and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He made sure I was comfortable with the vehicle and insured I was able to drive away with the vehicle on my second visit. Blake, the finance manager was understandable of my circumstances and did his best to get me a good price on the vehicle. Overall very great experience with Acura of Valley Stream!
