Terrible experience for my first visit. I dropped my car off at 12 PM for an oil change with a written promise it would be ready by 6 PM. No call, no update, nothing. When I called, I was told the service department closed at 4 PM without notifying me. This caused problems with my job, and nobody took responsibility.
My advisor (George Huang) gave zero communication, and the sales manager said he “knew nothing.” Completely unacceptable customer service.
I was going to buy their $379 maintenance package, but after this, I don't trust this dealership at all. I already reported them to Toyota Corporate. AVOID THIS PLACE !

What is outstanding in their services is:
They have some very dedicated service advisors who attend to you with professionalizm. They are calm, and listen to you carefully in order to fully address your situation. And they'll call your cellphone to update you about the status of your vehicle. I like that. That's why i have decided to give them 5 stars this time. Even though i usually skip the review thing.
Also, their curtesy checking on the engine to make sure every thing looks good is excellent. It gives you rest of mind.
However, THE COST OF buying spare parts (tyres,...) remains a major concern of customers. And some delay in repairs sometimes; which could be resolved by increasing the maintenance workforce (the mechanics) in very busy days of the week. And to give some reasonable incentives to dedicated customers who keep coming back for repairs no matter what.

I initially wasn’t going to check out Toyota to upgrade to a bigger car for my growing family, but I’m so glad I popped in after visiting other nearby dealers. Thank you so much to Jason and Frank (and Lisa!) for seriously hooking it up and being professional and courteous. I absolutely love my new car and feel so good every time I go for a ride!!!

Shop holded my car for 10 days and did NOTHING. as soon i paid and pick up my car I see radio still not working, warning lights still on.

THE TECH DID NOT CLEAN UP THE OIL THAT SPILLED BY THE FILL CAP, AND WHERE HE PLACED SOMETHING WITH OIL ON TOP OF THE FAN COVER. NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL.

Great experience. Was hesitant about buying a used car from a dealer. The communication was excellent and they were up front with their fees.

Typical bad sales people with no communication after you buy a car. Beware when doing leases! They will try and tack on thousands of dollars in bank and paperwork fees without discussing it until you pick up the car. Sadly typical shady car dealership like all the rest. Find another place to go.

I went to Toyota to just check out a car, Loved a Camry and didn’t think i would walk out with it. But Erinson Duran was there and he made it happen!!! Best Man ever he made the process to simple and easy literally went in and out with a NEW CAR. Erinson Gave me an amazing deal and can’t thank him enough. I recently purchased a car from Advantage Toyota, and I couldn’t be more pleased. Everyone there was so patient and accommodating. It’s not often that you meet people who truly take the time to make sure you’re comfortable and understand everything.
The price was wonderful, better than I expected, and the whole experience was pleasant from beginning to end. They even helped me set up my Apple CarPlay, connect my phone and showed me how to use all the new features. That kind of service meant a lot to me.
A special thank you to Ross, Frank and Basil for being so helpful and professional. I absolutely love my new car and highly recommend Advantage Toyota to everyone.

I gave them my car twice for services they waited to the end of the day and they called me telling me they can’t do anything today they have to hold it one more day
