My go to shop! Chris always makes sure that my car is taken cared of in a timely manner. Very reputable shop. As a woman you may hate going to car shops alone in fear that someone will try to take advantage of you and your finances. That’s not the case here. Everyone there is great, honest and kind. Big shout outs to Chris though for taking care of me and several other people I have sent over there.

They told me 15-20 mint for a OIL CHANGE it’s been a whole hour worse service.!!! Don’t not recommend.!

Took car to change tires and they scratched the inside of the rims .according to them is that they took the old balance off but the balance is a inch thick as you can see the glue still there . There were no need to scratch the rims that way, very unprofessional.

Came for an inspection, guy said 30 minutes, thats fine I’ll wait. They do the inspection within roughly 30 minutes, great! But then i see them move my car to another bay and leave it. I go to ask if the inspection is done, they say “yes we just need to put the sticker on, go back to the waiting room and we’ll call you in a minute.” So I do. 20 minutes later and I’m still waiting, go back to ask and the guy again he says they’re just putting a sticker on. Keep in mind this whole time my car has been running with the AC on full blast and the windows down in their shop, no one even around it. Finally another 15 minutes later the guy comes out and puts a sticker on and I get to leave. If there’s only a 30 second job to do to get a customer out and on their way, you should drop the current 45 minute job you’re working on and take care of it. I shouldn’t have had to wait over an hour for an inspection and I’m not paying to cool your shop bays, literally had 1/8th of my drained by the time I left. 1 star removed for keeping my car running, 1 star removed for the 30+ minute wait just for a sticker.

Went to do my motor mounts chris did an exceptional job, not only did the job , but checked my truck end to end, and adjusted a couple things, truck road great, THANKS CHRIS,

I drove an hour from Brooklyn to all across the island, tires and auto repair, to fix my 2004 G 35 for wheel alignment and from overheating. Thank God for Cris my service advisor a 30 year experienced mechanic he diagnosed and repaired my car on my first visit. After two other repair shops tried multiple times and could not figure out what was wrong with the cars wheel alignment, and overheating issues. Chris is a real hidden gem and I’ll never go to any other shop again. I highly recommend all across the island and ask for Cris. He’s the man.

I was recommended to them by a friend. I went in and was assisted quickly by Chris, who gave me an affordable quote. Chris is cool and professional.
I dropped off my vehicle and was contacted back by Chris to inform me that the job was complete.
