I don’t recall the names of the 2 reps at the Green Acres kiosk that I just left a few minutes ago… but let me tell you, they were great! Super friendly and helpful. Difficult to find good people like that working retail these days. Kudos to them!

This AT&T branch in Valley Stream/Green Acres there’s a customer service Rep by the name of Jason this guy need to be promoted as a manager when I tell this guy is through he has so much patience and well mannered when you go there just ask for Jason very gently guy

Jason was probably the worst customer service representative I have ever had at a cell phone store. He clearly hates his job, was short tempered and decided to have me wait over an hour and a half during a simple trade-in on behalf of my dad who was out of the country. I am so happy I came in high spirits and refused to let him ruin my good day. He needs to find another job that can make him happy because this is not it. I only finished my trade-in when the manager came to see why I was still in his store after his lunch break and no other customers were around.

Swapped me from prepaid to postpaid to accommodate an international trip I have scheduled, which involved running soft credit check, creating new account, verifying information, activating international pass and setting me up with the app
