Oh my Goodness Sean was amazingly great!!! Because of his knowledge he was eager to help. I received the best help ever! He took his time to answer all my questions thoroughly!!!Transition was so smooth because he just knew what he was doing. Nowadays not too many people know what they are doing when it comes to customer service. Sean did his thing!! I have no complaints whatsoever. I'm a new AT&T customer he made me feel so welcomed!! Hello everyone I have bad experience with manager is woman I talked about I have a refund issue yesterday going to store AT&T representative over the phone on me and representative said they want tlak anyone in store I go to her and requested to her plz can u talk with representatives she denies she said I don’t I said only 2 min they just explain u little things about my refund issue and then showing me her attitude she said step out the store.she refused everything don’t want talk anyone. Mean when we all going to be new customer they talk very nice and when u guys need help they started rude behavior. That all my story yesterday.if someone now how I complain her rude behavior with customer let me know

This location has an opening time of 11.00 a.m. but the store Never opened until after 11.15 a m. Due to shortage in staffing. Once opened the service was excellent. The atmosphere was very welcoming. The staff was courteous and friendly. Thanks AT&T.

I went to the Green acres Mall outlet. Claudian’s customer service was excellent, she is very detailed, patient friendly. I would recommend you visit the store and ask for Claudian.

I was offer a plan but was miss led never received the plan that the store offer me and now I have been left with a large monthly bill. I came into the store to speak to a store manager he spoke to me gave me his card told me to text him that he would take care of the issue never did I called him left him messages text him and I was left in the limbo and my issues were not resolved. Very unprofessional . I will be canceling my services and will be escalating this issue.

Store hours says 11 am it’s now 11:15 it’s freezing outside and the people inside vacuuming and told us to wait another 15 min how crazy is that by 11:30 they came out saying not enough staff to open store and it’s 34 degrees outside bs

When I walked into at&t yesterday I was greeted and a representative assisted me immediately. The representative that I spoke to was TREY. He was very knowledgeable and able to walk me through the process of the new service plan. With all the questions that I had he was very patient and answered them all (even the ones I asked more than once). From the wait time to the overall service I received at this store I am overall satisfied with the customer service.

I purchased a new iPhone at AT&T, 750 Sunrise Highway, Valley Stream New York. I’ve been a AT&T customer since forever and I love the service never had a problem with the service. My Sales Consultant was Nisa Thompson, she was extremely efficient and very pleasant with all the customers as soon as they stepped in the front door. It was a delightful event buying my new phone! ?. Ask for Nisa as soon as you step in the door and you’ll be glad you did!

I went inside to inquire about a phone and service plan for my grandson. The guy told me to look around while he goes to the back office. I gave him 2 minutes to return because I'm not waiting around. I walked out. The other problem is, I subscribed to connected services for my automobile and I look eot having interruptions between car and provider. They fixed t he e problem back in December. This time I paid $200 for the entire year on January 10, 2022 instead of $25 monthly. The same problem occurred and I've been without internet service for a week. I get up at 5 a m to use the internet but it doesn't work and I also used it afterwork. I called to request a refund and they tried to rob me and tell me that it's non refundable,REALLY! Knowledge is power and they gave me a full refund after I told them my full intentions. I hope that no other person get cheated by these wire ok ess and internet providers.
