The absolute worst AT&T store in valley stream. They are a bunch of scam artist that work in there especially the owner Daniel or say he claims his name to be. They tried scamming my phone bill extra charges for an iPad which I never purchased. They also tried to scam me on my trade in device telling At&t corporate they never received my trade in device. I went to the store the owner said he will “fix” it and he never does. He said the first phone bill is higher than normal but after that the bill will come back down to the normal price. For 6 months he had us in a circle saying it will do down. If I could give zeros stars I would. Do your self a favor and stay far away from this store !!!

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had - I had to cancel an order and needed to return it myself with a ups label according to the man I spoke to and the manager made me come in 2 times and waste my time while my mom was in the hospital to resolve it. He told me to come once and when I came he said he didn’t have the return label and would call me back …HE NEVER DID, he was literally hanging out in the store with his friends, and then next time I called HIM and he said I’d have to come in, I asked if he could help me out by returning for me (since I had a flight to catch the same day)…he goes no I never said I’d call and I’d have to come in again. The label wasn’t even ready! It’s time for me To switch to Verizon, this was the worst service I’ve ever seen, it’s bad enough to be lying but to act like you’re doing me a favor when you’ve inconvenienced me 3 times

First of all please ? check if your ATT store is affiliated with att, this location is NOT! I went in looking and was approached by a middle eastern gentleman that barely spoke english, and proceeded to try and force me to get a inferior phone to the current one i had! When I asked too many questions as per sales rep he walked away and helped someone else that spoke his language! What is wrong with this place I don't know but listen to the negative reviews, and stay far away!

Great experience my hands shake a lot and I needed help to transfer data from one phone to another phone they transferred all my contacts though I did not buy anything .. now I am convinced with the promotions what att is offering I am a first responder I will switch to att soon .. great place to buy phones great service and very knowledgeable staff

Amazing got two lines they helped me with data transfer they were so patient other store I went to they said they cannot transfer Daniel helped me he is so knowledgeable and pleasant I made sure to wait when other customers we in I did not rush him ,. GREAT EXPERIENCE I WILL BRING MY FAMILY ACTIVATE FIRST NET LINES WITH 2/ PERCENT DIACOUNTS

ATT Store 21 Rockaway Ave Valley Stream, NY, 11580 Bait and switch I went to this store on Dec 20th to get the iPhone 14 Plus, Spoke to Daniel the owner who said that there was a great deal going on and that I would get 1000 off the device if I trade it in. I went ahead with this believing he was telling me the truth and this wouldn't be a bait and switch. He also looked at my att plan and told me that he would make it so that I'm paying less, that my plan was old. I told him that I was under the impression that I shouldn't make changes to my lines since the price was locked in. He told me that wasn't the case, there are better and cheaper plans. He did say the next bill would be a bit more but then I would see this go down and in 3 months the 1000 dollar rebate would kick in. He told me to sign up for the Uber rebate which would also lessen the bill. He took a picture of the old phone and sent it to me with a text 1000 off iPhone 14 Plus. I left the store feeling good not realizing the nightmare ahead of me. In a few days, I got the phone and started to sign up for Uber to get the rebate off of the line, within the next few days I started to get alerts on my phone that my plan has changed and alerts telling me I wasn't eligible for Uber rebate. January, I called the att store since it was late at night and found out from a rep that my monthly bill went from 180 (3 lines) to 430.00 dollars. That Daniel signed me up for the most expensive plan on all of my lines. In addition, there was no record of the phone being traded in. The rep said it might be that the processing store hasn't received it. She adjusted my bill but said since the plan was changed I can't get my old plan back. In February, my bill went down, but still, no rebate, since I was told it could take 3 months I waited until March to see if it would show up. March Called ATT again to check to see if they got the phone, ATT corp said to go to the store and get a receipt or call the police. I took off of work a half day to go down there and Daniel said, no problem come back later, A week later He gave me a receipt with the IMEI number, Thinking I was good, I called ATT and they said to wait to see if the rebate will apply it will take another month. April - I called att and they still have no record of the phone, I told them I have a receipt and a picture from Daniel stating I should get 1000 off the phone. Unfortunately, I was at work and could not stay on the phone. May- Called ATT Jenny, the rep said that the deal I was promised had expired because the processing store did not receive the phone in time, and I have to pay full price for the phone. They also said the trade-in value of the phone is only 130 not 1000 like I was promised. I told them how is this my fault? If this is an authorized reseller who was responsible for sending the phone out. And I have a text from him stating I would get 1000 off. ATT Customer Service told me to go back to the store and see if he will work something out with me.

The customer service at this location is beyond disgusting. I wanted to purchase an item (Apple Watch small band) and I called to find out if they had it in stock before I drove over there. It’s days before Christmas and I wanted to get this as a gift for my son. The employee was so rude and disrespectful I couldn’t believe it. All I wanted to know was that the item I was looking for is in stock. He told me yes but he didn’t want to tell me if the size I was looking for is the size that he had. He said he didn’t know and he’s busy and can’t tell me any additional information all while screaming at me in the phone. Very unprofessional. All the other locations that didn’t have the item was very helpful and nice but this guy on Rockaway ave in valley stream was totally the worst person to ever work in a retail store! Please DO NOT ago there. You will be very sorry if you do.
