Waited 30 minutes for airpod 4’s… Manager no where to be found, cashier told me i was waiting on keys, obviously not his fault. There are too many people on the floor for anybody to be waiting on an item as trivial as some headphones.. I wasn’t trying to buy or finance furniture i just wanted some $100 airpods. In the end i got no apology for my wait, no communication about what was going on and why i was waiting so long, nothing.

Manager was helping me. She kept on calling on other staff to do their job while they looked lazy. It took double the time to help me since she was all over the place.

Tuesday July 8th evening-Customer service needs improvement. Slow moving checkout line although 4 associates present. One even sat on the floor at the register. No one to help on the sales floor. Needs better management

I've been here a few times. Today I stopped by in a hurry because my computer's storage drive failed and I needed a new one quickly. An excellent clerk at the pickup counter expedited the process and I was able to be in and out in a few minutes.
