Came in 40 minutes prior to closing on a Friday. The greeter was pleasant. I grabbed a cart and proceeded to pick up what I needed. It was fairly empty which I really appreciated. I was in and out in ten minutes.

Absolutely horrible experience. I ordered a curbside pickup order, and waited for a while in an allotted parking space today, Monday (July 7th) around the evening time. I tried to ask the two tall male attendants that were bringing orders out from the store what was going on with my order. Both completely ignored me and so I proceeded to go inside the store to find out what was going on- completely ignored again. On top of that management (another tall male) did nothing to help resolve the issue. I understand it can get busy and work can be stressful and overwhelming, but that is no excuse to ignore a person when I simply wanted to know what was going on with my other to only be completely dismissed, ignored and mistreated by the staff. If you don’t want to work there, then quit instead of taking your frustrations and anger out on other people.

No department picks up the phone is as if they all got the ringer on silent. What’s the point of having a phone for inquiries this is totally unacceptable.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ! I USUALLY SHOP HERE SPENDING $800 AND MORE TO RECEIVE ATTITUDES, RUDELY COMMUNICATION SKILLS BY STAFF. ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES WAS ARGUING WITH ME BACK AND FORTH WHILE HOLDING A BABY IN HER HAND(MIND YOU SHE WAS ON THE CLOCK). I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. VERY DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR THEY ALL NEED TO BE TRAINED AGAIN TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE ESPECIALLY WHEN IM SPENDING MY MONEY HERE. THE FACILITY UPKEEP IS NASTY AND UNORGANIZED…. DO BETTER !

I really like shopping at BJ’s in Valley Streams. I always get treated nicely. Especially by Sarah L. She asked me about the Capital One card and because she so nice and polite I decided to apply and was grateful for her help. I was approved and I want to say Thank you to Sarah L. She was nice so I said yes.

The staff over here don’t know where their products are even if I show them on the BJ’s app that this product is in this aisle, but they still don’t know where that is. Second, whoever designed this system that the DoorDash or Instacart drivers has to be in the registry checkout instead of self checkout because that membership does not work over there. I only had to buy two products for my DoorDash order and have to be in the line for more than 15 minutes so They can proceed with my order because the manager or whoever the person in charge has to come scan his card put some code then only it will move further. Please make it easy for us as we don’t get enough pay for those.
