“This is the place that sets the bar on customer service and expert work period. They have worked on two of my cars and have done a flawless job on both. The one aspect I respect and admire about this shop is that they are easy to talk to and helpful in recommending different options in the repair. Their sincerity is something I highly value and know they will do what they say they are going to do. Yes I have that much confidence in this shop. Here’s why, Cesare the owner is exceptionally caring about the quality of work done there and provides exceptional customer service, this translates down to all of his staff who are very good at what they do and value every customer even though there are so many jobs taking place at once. They have their act together and it runs like a well oiled machine. Let’s put it this way I’ll tip them before I even see the result because I know it’s going to meet or go beyond my expectations. Yes it’s worth for me taking my cars there even though I live over an hour away and pass over a hundred or so body shops on the way. It’s the only place I want to deal with. There’s a reason this place is exponentially successful. If I could give it six stars I would.”

My experience was not unique as Kevin told me the car I had recently bought should never had been sold in its present condition( frame rot poorly hidden ) a 'mist many other issues involving vehicle safely Kevin was direct , I was ripped off - but instead of saying sorry bad luck for you he told me to get a refund and with his expertise he helped me get a full refund from the out-of-state dealer involved who did act honorably.
