“I brought in my Volkswagen to be serviced after a gnarly pothole collision. My sway bar, axel, fender and control bar were all bent. After getting high estimates at competing shops, I decided to stop in to Collision Concepts as it is closeby. I am very glad I did. From beginning to end, they were able to install three parts as well as tap my fender back in free of charge and zip tie it until I could get the part ordered. The price was fair and each fix they performed was itemized and explained to me simply. The shop owner even showed me everything they were going to do and showed me before I left. I hope I don't need to come back here, but if I do, I will be happy to return with my business.
P.S.: this whole process was about two and a half hours! They work quick.”

Most importantly they carry the flag for doing business honestly and at fair prices and more, they'll defend you. My experience was not unique as Kevin told me the car I had recently bought should never had been sold in its present condition( frame rot poorly hidden ) a 'mist many other issues involving vehicle safely Kevin was direct , I was ripped off - but instead of saying sorry bad luck for you he told me to get a refund and with his expertise he helped me get a full refund from the out-of-state dealer involved who did act honorably. “I expected to have an annoying day at the car dealerships. I went online and found a vehicle that I wanted for my wife. As I walked through the lot to find the car i was greeted by Hector one of the sales people. I asked to drive the car and within 2 minutes we were on the road test. He told me about all the available incentives. So when we got back to the dealership he introduced me to Diana the manager she told me the price and gave me the 28k ( Blue Book fair trade in value) for my Tahoe trade in. On to financing where Dawn the finance manager asked if i was buying an extended warranty. I said no and that was that. Never mentioned or tried to push it again. I got a good loan rate and was happy that the loan was for exactly what Diana rote in the total space on the original contract I signed. After signing all the paperwork I had a couple laughs with the other sales people while my car was in the service department getting ready . Took only an hour and a half to get the car washed prepped and filled with gas. I would have to say it was probably the best car purchase experiences I've ever had. All done the same afternoon. The only way it could've been better is if i was buying a vehicle for myself. As this car was for my wife. Will be back again and definitely will recommend going here if you want to get in and out without all the typical back and forth between the sales person and there manager.
