Came to get some snacks from here it was easy to find things until I noticed I was being followed I mean what could you think I'm coming in there to do? Smh it's a shame I got 2 bags of chips , a bag of pop corn and 2 Red Bull's. The guy in front of me was upset because the guy was giving him a hard time and he is a regular smh. Also HE HAD NO MASK ON! It doesn't matter that u have a plastic up! What a mess

I had a very frustrating and unprofessional experience with Keith and Sean's Service BP gas station at 270 Sunrise Highway. I called a week ahead of time to schedule my oil change for December 14th. On the call they asked what kind of oil my Groupon was for and I informed them. They said that they were currently out of that oil but that they would have a shipment in before my appointment on the 14th. On the morning of the 14th I arrived for my oil change. When I walked inside, despite the fact that I had an appointment for the scheduled time I arrived, I had to wait 20 minutes before I could pull my car inside. Then the mechanic asked what oil my Groupon was for. I informed him it was for a Semi-Synthetic oil change. He then told me they didn't have that oil type. I told him that I had called earlier that week and that the person I spoke with on the phone assured me they would have the oil I needed in time for my appointment. I also told them if they didn't have the correct oil they should have called me to reschedule. The mechanic went back to speak with the other mechanic who was working. They said they were going to call their boss. After speaking with their boss on the phone they said they would do the oil change for me. Assuming they had found the correct oil in the back, I didn't question this. My sister and I went to wait in the office while they did the oil change. While we were inside one of the mechanics came inside to do something on the computer. While he was in the office with us, the mechanic told me that the station was most likely going to stop doing Groupon oil changes because they were "more trouble than they were worth". After 25 minutes they said the oil change was complete. I assumed everything was normal despite the fact that a week later, my car didn't feel like it was running the way it should have been after the oil change. My car is a 2016 model and I have never had any sort of mechanical issues with it. I decided to give it a bit more time. Yesterday I drove to Connecticut to see my family for the holidays and the entire ride, I experienced the same issue of my car not running like it should after an oil change. I decided to check the oil myself one I arrived. When I checked the oil, it confirmed my suspicion that the oil change was not performed. The oil was filthy and did not look how oil should look after supposedly having been changed less than ten days before. Wanting a second opinion I asked my step father to take a look at the oil for me. He confirmed the oil was extremely dirty and had not been changed recently. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and ridiculous and I will not be utilizing this service station ever again. Would not recommend this station to my worst enemy.
