Have met two other young men that work there and they too were so helpful and knowledgeable! “Top-notch candies, made the old-fashioned way, homemade, not the factory-made junk that you'll find in the supermarket. You'll discover an abundance of traditional candies that your folks or grandparents used to enjoy, categories like "parlays" that you've never heard of (yet my mom, for instance, has long yearned for...harkening back to her youth). Some of these delights have become impossible to locate anywhere, but you'll have no problem finding them here...so the gift possibilities are endless and guaranteed to make you the family favorite the next time you show up for a Sunday or holiday dinner! I wish the cost weren't so prohibitive or I'd treat myself regularly, but as it stands now, I only shop here for gifts for loved ones...if only I could afford to be a regular (although I'd end up having to shop for larger clothing, so I guess it's a good thing that the prices are high!) Check them out - I assure you, you'll not be disappointed!”

“I live in Atlanta and have been ordering online from Lazar’s for close to 20 years. My co-workers/friends sent me a box for the holidays a long time ago, and my husband and I quickly became addicted. It is by far our favorite chocolate ever. Any time we buy chocolate we compare it to Lazar’s, and nothing else has come close. We love to pick out our own custom boxes, which we usually do about three times a year. And I’ll often buy a custom box for friends or family throughout the year too (which is always appreciated). I honestly couldn’t tell you which piece is my favorite, because every one is better than the next. There’s something so special about this chocolate (and anything with caramel is magical) that I just appreciate the experience of eating it every time. I’m always a little sad when I finish the last piece. We’re hoping to get to Great Neck to check out the greatest chocolate in person a soon.”
